Bus driver's aren't monitored. However, they are subject to fines for moving violations and management will or should investigate complaints from parents or the public. School officials have been known to request a driver not service their school if they feel a driver is a problem. The procedure is to view the tape or the very least, call the driver in and advise him and discuss the complaint.

I was in the hospital on the 21st of Nov on the 9 floor at Erlanger hospital recovering from surgery from my window I could see the helicopters landing on Erlanger roof it was Avery sad day. I had to have emergency surgery. The 11of Nov and was not doing good was very sick. It made me cry to here that down stairs the 6 kids died my heart went out to the 6 family's that lost. Kids that day I will never for get because I watched the helicopters bring those very pressus souls in to the hospital the 6 that didn't make it will never be forgot by me

The bus company will have many lawsuits to deal with. Seems as if they were aware of the complaints. You can onto take complaints lightly when it concerns the safety of children.

Who is his boss I'd like to see that person
