Colton, you are by far the best teacher on country guitar out there. I'm not kidding. If you permit me to make a request on how to play, "Third Rate Romance" by the Amazing Rhythm Aces or Sammy Kershaw. I would finally learn it after 12 years of playing with our band. There is just nobody out there on KZread that knows how. I appreciate if you consider my request. But even if you don't, you're still the one to do it

@@ColtonRhody I always wondered about the lick after the verse that says " Yes I have but only a time or two...(guitar fill) I couldn't very that part very good....lol. But thank you very much brother.

Great job Bubba! One of my favorites to play and you are correct about that one lick, every transcription I’ve ever seen has both notes sliding, but it always sounded off from the record to me. Thanks again and keep up the great work!

Thanks! I’m playing through my Shaw Exit 209A...it’s a 1x12 hand built combo amp, all hand wired, kind of a Princeton Reverb circuit but with a little more power.

I am running through my pedalboard, have some reverb and slapback delay from the Line 6 M9, and I think I’m using the Greer Lightspeed for a touch of grit.
