This was one of our most talked about episodes when it aired back in Season 3, Tim's epic mission to the stunning Chatham Islands, in search of all manner of adventure.
We were lucky enough to make a return journey last year, but nothing can compare to your first immersion in to island life, it's an amazing place full of colourful characters and amazing scenery.
Hopefully the footage does it justice.

I've got heaps of photos of my old man as a kid growing up on the chatham. Wooden boats full of Cray fish and old landcruisers with boat anchor baits for shark. My pop owed a big farm there but sold it back in the 60s.
