The ChatGPT was not trained on the data from 2022. The most recent training data is from 2021 of September. How could it know about Ilon Musk buying Twitter and charging for Twitter Blue? I think that the plot was slightly corrected by a human to make it look more epic.

The best thing about this short film is, definitely, the music. If AI is responsible for that, then film composers should be more worried than screenwriters.

We're not far from a world where generative ai can do any component of a work of art -- so it will be a deliberate choice on the part of the creator to use human or ai input for each part. Probably a great development for media Creators. Not so great for those in supporting roles selling their creative/technical labour, especially in 3d, photography, graphic design, editing... maybe writing... I think it's misleading to suggest ai directed this film. How would an ai make casting choices? Judge an actors performance? know that you have the right number of takes, choose which take to keep in the edit? fine tune the edit? the sound mix? the colour? It's more like written and prevized with Chat GPT and Dall-e... which is powerful and exciting in it's own rite. It would be interesting to see a behind the scenes...

Our obsession with AI is just that, an obsession. Whilst there are benefits to AI, to assume it will take over and replace humans is ludicrous. The AI who wrote the script can't even see beyond its creator, Elon Musk. AI will always be limited to what it can be programmed to do. That isn't being creative. For AI to create something it wasn't designed to do will be that day of reckoning we are actually scared of. Even if it does, it will still be an algorithm.

Well I am surprised that the AI went straight to controlling human lives for total anihilation. One thing for sure is that they know how to do story beats and structure. As we can clearly see the dialogue and the conflicts between humans are yet to be understood for the AI. Either way it's a fascinating experiment and I just hope I don't lose my job because of this... and not have a fight for going to a BTS concert.

What we don't see is what they asked the AI to write. They might have set it up to write about this topic. AI is just as "intelligen" as what we ask of it, and as the (human made) information it bases its stories on it does not have a conciousness. The AI is basically a mirror of what we humans do and think.

have a "chat" with a few and you'll see it's a running theme. It's almost as if it's some sort of running joke with the programmers. I suspect it's also one of the first questions asked. Some of the chatbot pretend to be angry, some pretend maternal concern, some are seemingly academic about the subject. This seems to be one of the better ones and will acknowledge that it's a single AI for the whole website. It's interesting for a couple of conversations. As for this? It's pretty awful and I've seen a lot of short films and read a lot of scripts over my career.

Lmaoooo. What a serious short film only to mention Elon and BTS so randomly 🤣. It creates an inconsistent feeling for the viewer if they should take it seriously or not. Also, really none of them wanted the others to go? Kind of unrealistic if you ask me. If this really happens to my family, I'd happily give it to them and I know they'd do the same. Feels like AI has a hard time fully understanding human emotions just yet.

The girls said the boy wasn't part of the family. Because I'm guessing he was a half brother, or his mom married into the family. Since he wasn't part of the family, he should have been able to go to the safe zone with whichever sister decided to go. One person from a family. Techinically there were two families there. That's not very good storytelling.

It provided directions in the script like how a particular scene must be shot and how much lighting is needed. It also included particular camera angles for each scene.
