I have a huge amount of shelter belts here in eastern North Dakota on my farm. The evil trees are getting old and to the end of their lifespan. I have removed 5 1/2 miles of shelter belts over the years, only about half done. I spent a couple weeks last fall cleaning them up. Had a bad ice storm this winter, spent 45 hours on the loader tractor cleaning them up again. Gggrrrrrr.

You better find some good saw chain and you won't be having a problem. Mine have about a 75% diet of dead fence row hedge and go a good while between sharpening. A lot of the big creeks around here will put some pretty logs in the fields when they get out. Thanks for the videos and do not say anything bad about Boeing.

We have trees, driftwood from the rivers and bad traffic here in northern Indiana. So you might want to take a drive thru the Midwest. A 95 year old told me a few month ago that the weather has done this his whole life.
