Chasing the Miura Jota in a Lamborghini Countach on Grande Giro
We were riding through Italy at the "Grande Giro" when suddenly the Miura Jota appeared. Camera was ready when he was overtaking us. This car is absolut spectecular in every single way. Turn the speakers up to enjoy the loud car.

The only Miura Jota existed was that of Bob Wallace, destroyed in an accident, all the other Jota are imitations.
Because of irresponsible and dangerous people like that, the rest of us who like the world of motor racing are looked down on and have a bad reputation wherever we go...

Is this a true spec SV/J or a conversion? Just asking since there are only 7 on the planet. A Miura is spectacular but seeing an actual SV/J on road is truly a rare Unicorn find.

Miura Jota was only one that existed because one man Bob Wallace wanted to race at LeMans and build a race-car based on Miura the only similarity was the body lines everything else was custom made for Jota, special lighter aluminum chassis boxed with roll-bar (factory Miura was made with tubular steel), Jota engine was rebuild with lighter parts pistons titanium crankshaft and other unique racing components dry sump, power was heavily increased all racing parts were sourced and supervised to be assembled by Bob Wallace, the body was modified by Dallara (who was having the aircraft background it knew the aerodynamic) Jota was with special racing suspension on all 4 corners, lighter magnesium rims, racing exhaust, when the car was totaled in an unfortunate accident that also caught fired so, by the time fireman arrived at scene was nothing left to save.. after the story went thru years some modern wealthy collectors wanted to have a Jota so they try to bring Miura to Lamborghini to modify regular production Miura into Miura Jota.. that is why factory modified Miuras are called SVJ since most of them were based on the last version of Miura SV model, but the original car that was totaled was only one ! here watch this link were the engineer that tuned the Jota modified engine of Bob Wallace in a special experimental department explain all about that story : kzread.info/dash/bejne/Z3eux6SFp86pZ84.html

When you're just having a pleasant drive, pull over, wait a minute or two, then continue. No point in overtaking dangerously like the moron in this video.

....the same goes for the headlights,coming from the 850 spyder as well... On the Lambo Jarama 2nd series and Urraco the tail lights are from the 124Coupè 1600,not to mention the Espada sharing the rearlights with the 1st Coupe 124.

According to this en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lamborghini_Miura#P400_Jota jota does not exist any longer. Maybe this A recreation of the Jota was later undertaken by Chris Lawrence of Wymondham Engineering for Lamborghini owner Piet Pulford from the United Kingdom helps
