Sky Cops follow a gang of burglars from the sky as a police chase to catch the criminals ensues. It's pitch black and officers on the ground rely on information from the helicopters above in catching thieves that have targeted a coal mine.
Sky Cops is a British documentary series broadcast on BBC One revealing the work of the air police in the UK. The show follows police helicopters from the South Yorkshire Air Operations Unit and the Metropolitan Police Air Support Unit. The series is narrated by Jamie Theakston following the drama of Britain's air support operation.

With the guy nearly drowning why did the helicopter NOT put their spot light on so the ground cops could find him sooner
