Say it louder! Wouldn’t believe how many emails & pitches I send out… a lot of brands would prefer to have a TikTok-er with 100k followers, as the numbers look a lot more impressive, despite less value & real impact.

Mileage is totally subjective! It depends how much your body can handle whilst also maintaining quality workouts. Best advice is to get a coach!
