That's an external wastegate lad, no dump valve required.

Sorry, There is a dump valve but most of that noise is wastegate chatter

The best note comes from hks super sequential blow off valve period!!!!

The camera is mounted close the the intake, all you are hearing is the surge before the blow off as the DV tension is tight...... its the toooot and then the tssssssssssshh. The Tooot is the Surge before overcoming the DV tension to blow off. The Tsssh is the Blow off Valve The sounds you hear have got nothing to do with Wastegate. Flipping epic driving irrespective.
