I am a white guy in Zambia from South Africa. I respect the laws of Zambia. You don't do drugs because the cops will have no mercy on you. When I work in Saudi Arabia I follow the rules. I don't go and tell them I have human rights. They don't give a shit. Why is America so terrified of upholding their laws?

Human rights are part of our laws. You break the law?! You pay the fine or do the time. Unfortunately it doesn't end there. You now have a record that follows you everywhere. Some people are willing to give most people a second chance irregardless of the crime. But you are now considered a lesser! Non trustworthy and it escalates from there. Many people are repeat offenders because of a lack or morals and guidance. That is where both parents come into play. Single parenthood is a disaster in America. We generally reward the mother and punish the father. Then we end up with feminized little boys that never grow up as Men! We have a broken society based on an insane ideology. Green hair pretty much says it all!

Add phobia to that list. A phobia is a medical condition rooted in an irrational fear. So a trans phobe would be person that is so scared of trans people, that its become a medical condition. But there isn't a single human being alive, who has that phobia. But they are on the side of "science". Ok...

Didn't Joe Bidens 1994 crime bill jail the most Black Americans ever in US History? And this guy voted for Joe Biden? And is complaining about what they do to Black Folk when it's his fault? 90% of Black Folk live in Dem Cities/States, under Democrat laws that he votes for. Why do these people attack the Right when it's themselves that vote/create the problems they complain about?

He can't grow if you don't tell him there is a major issue the truth is channels that just take work from others then talk at the end are really lazy anyways because your not really adding to it and most of the time your not interesting. I just watch the main video and skip the commentary. Specifically if I can't understand the person who is talking.

There are no black people in prison for weed unless they were selling large amounts. The people are in prison for other things and on top they are caught with weed. It's the expired tag and headlight out that get them pulled over but the unregistered hand gun, warrant for child support, drug paraphernalia found in the car that sends them to prison. The resisting arrest and weed are just a secondary charge at this point.

Don't break the law and you won't go to prison. The wealth issue is certainly a large factor. Wealthy people can afford powerful attorneys that will devote as many hours towards their defense as they are capable of. Poor people get a public defender that has like 10 minutes to review your case, and then your hearing goes through in just as much time before your attorney has to move on to their next case.

Here’s the thing - people know selling weed in some areas is illegal. Which means they choose to do it in lieu of working a typical job because it makes them more money. That’s a risk you chose to take - and it also matters if you have a weapon on you, if you have previous charges, how you behave while being detained, etc. No court today will throw you in jail because you were caught once smoking weed. In fact, they will often offer you a number of resources like drug treatment, mental health treatment, job training, parenting classes, aid with housing, etc, if you are on probation OR if you simply ask. They don’t want recidivism. For everyone who says ‘but there are no other jobs!’ (For the dealer) I would have to see the hypothetical defendants job search history before I would believe that, and it would have to show that they have completely exhausted every single option to find a job.

I do appreciate your efforts to speak slower, but you are doing something exceptional. ---> Well, speaking from the extremely limited “American” point of view, it's exceptional. You are able to speak more than one language! Most Americans struggle just to speak English. Add to that, an undeserved entitlement to have everyone else learn English, so they can to talk to us, it's amazing that anyone talks to us at all! ---> I speak three languages (poorly) but my language teacher spoke eight and taught 4 of them in schools... I have learned that the average European and many others speak 3 or 4 languages! Never feel bad about not speaking with the right accent, or too fast. Be proud that you can do it at all! Like a fine wine, you will improve with age.

Ok let’s address the crack / weed comparison because it’s like comparing a pinto to a gt40…. Weed: can’t smoke yourself to death, if no money to buy won’t use bill money or sell belongings to cover habit, doesn’t lose functionality, can go without and not go through severe withdrawal Crack: can overdose easily, will sell everything and steal just for another hit, can’t process normal thought and become zombified, can’t go without and not have severe mental and physical problems Just a few points, and btw weed has numerous health benefits and is considered a worse drug than alcohol and tobacco which only have negative effects and zero benefit

Well, I've never smoked weed and do not appreciate smelling it. There is such a thing that those who consistently smoke it, sooner or later, turn to something stronger. Now that something stronger may have been tampered with by adding something not so natural.

Slavery never ended it changed form. Now it's the state, not just land owners. The state says: I own you. And people say, "yes! At least it's not traditionalists! Grape me, daddy!!!!"

In that case, we're all slaves. You just proved that race does not play a role because last I checked, the USA does not have just black people.

We could also talk about pink unicorns and the world ending in a few years because of climate change, and Trump being a Nazi, and Biden being a brilliant and articulate and mentally sharp leader…. But yeah, let’s also talk about the bullshit that slavery never ended too…

Sorry to tell this channel, yu are being very mislead about black people being in jail for too long for weed. The majority other charges besides weed which is why they have long sentences. They LOVE to say "he has a weed charge" but IGNORE the other more serious charges which results to them being in jail for longer. You really have no clue what you are saying.
