Not one male in this audience was combative towards him when talking about masculinity. They seemed as if they needed to be reassured that there are things you can do to respect yourself and and still be attractive but to not give in right away, thus restoring confidence in these young men. Charlie is definitely preaching to these young men! Salute to you! We must uplift our fellow men.

When you resist sx before you marry and have sx with your spouse that' the only one you want to have it with. It's the one when you get that desire to have it with. It creates a special bond and when I try to explain it to people but they don't understand. It takes a very, very strong person to do what's right when the majority of the people around you trying to make you do what you know is wrong. Yes being a virgin takes 100 times more strength today than in the past. As my dad said " stop trying to prove you're a man, just be a man. Don't let others view of you influence you to go down a path of self destruction. Live your life so when you look in the mirror and see yourself you can see yourself as a man of honor and dignity."

If you truly want to be a masculine man, then you dont give in to the "pressure" of what you know to be morally wrong, and you have the self-discipline to hold yourself to the highest standard. That is something to be proud of. no one celebrates a person who gets things easy, or who does the easy wrong over the hard right. I had a high school teacher back in the early '70s who said you shouldn't date someone if there's something about them that would keep you from marrying them. Why? Because logically, you're going to end up marrying someone you date. Case in point would be my sister. She was a Christian and wanted a Christian husband. But she went on a date with a non-Christian guy, and he's the one she fell in love with, and ultimately married.

Pre-maritial sx is complicated. I was dating this guy and he was waiting for marriage. I respected that. 4 years of dating, he asked me to be his wife, we got married 1 year later. Our wedding night, he let out the biggest sigh and said "Fine, let's get this over with." Excuse me, what? He never wanted to have sx, come to find out 2 years after being married, that he's gay and has been sneaking around with other men. I feel (I could be wrong), that if we didn't wait til marriage, I would have figured out he was gay BEFORE we got married. I was one who always believed in marriage and making it work... and... he lied to me about something that cannot be worked out.

@@Gez-C How does wasting time with someone you know is only going to be temporary make you happy? Does it make them happy? Knowing that they are just a place filler. I’ve been on both sides of that situation and let me tell you, it’s not something that makes both people happy. One of them is wishing that the other will see them as more than just a convenient receptacle until someone better comes along. One of them is hoping that the other one will be someone who will love them. One of them is praying that the other one has found someone they want to spend the rest of their lives with. One of them is going to be heartbroken when the other one, the one they thought was THE one, walks away without a second thought. Trust me, there is no happiness to be found in dating just for “fun” or to scratch an itch. Dating with purpose is much more fulfilling. Clear expectations from the beginning makes it much easier for people to move on. As soon as you know that their goals in life are not aligned, do not have the same values, don’t want the same things from life that the other person wants, they can then look for someone else who does.

What’s better…. Having a laundry list of how many strangers you had sexual relationships with (and how “kink” it was or how “freak off” the interactions were) like a revolving door if ppl just proving to each other EXACTLY how insignificant and disposable they all are to each other…. OR…. spending your time with someone who actually LOVES you… knows all your likes/dislikes, your childhood stories, knows your family and friends, knows what happened that caused every scar (physically/emotionally) that has your back and is your best friend and ally in a world where you need that more than ever! Someone you trust, takes care of you when you’re sick, cheers for you when you succeed, has seen you at your worst and at your best and it’s all REAL and cherished… you fight and argue but sometimes but it’s about IMPORTANT things not BS and it happens because you give a shit about that person and they give a shit about you!!! A witness to your LIFE that WANTS to be there and go through it with you and wants you to be a witness to theirs…. Until the end. And it WILL end!!!! Stop wasting your life on a random fuck…. you WILL regret it! One day you’ll be facing the end of your life and all you’ll have is a long list of sexual encounters with ppl who didn’t care about you in the least or any of the other ppl on THEIR long list of ppl that never mattered. But you could have someone who has LOVED you, who stuck with you, who knows you, who has been the most engaged witness to YOUR life because you matter to them and they’ll miss you and think about you and talk about your life after you’re gone. But yeah …sex with whoever and being “free” of an “old ball and chain” sounds like a way better option 😉

Seems as if these young people are concerned that they want to have sex so they will be sure they will enjoy their partner. In truth, if they save themselves for the “ one”, they will make sex better because they love each other enough. It’s very hard, but very rewarding.

I have a body count of 7 that I unfortunately have to carry with me the rest of my life. And more upsetting is these numbers went from 1 in 2021 to 7 by the end of 2023… so in only a short time. And i was okay with the fact it was only 1 with a girl I dated for 4 years but after her and I broke up in the end of 2021 I found it difficult to find a girl and just found myself having sex with women and a lot of them didn’t have interest in me after or anything and it wasn’t until I met my wife who’s extremely traditional and a virgin (and thank God doesn’t judge anything about my past) now I find myself realizing I messed up but there’s nothing I can do about it

It has been proven many times that girls with a high body count before marriage will have trouble bonding with their husband, unless the husband has a bigger D, is more fit, is taller, is more handsome, is richer, is smarter, has more skills, then all the guys she has been with before him. Men look at thing differently. Men might want a woman that has ten qualities , but alot of men settle for women that have just five of these 10 qualities or even less. Because quality women are very rare so even though guys want gold most guys will end up settling for copper.

I generally agree with most of what Charlie says but for men it's not difficult to be a virgin. It's harder to get sex than not to. Most women are not attracted to men their own age, and over 30% of men 18-30 either are virgins or did not have sex in the last year. He's looking at it solely through a devout religious lens.

This young man is only trolling Charlie. He is only looking to justify his behavior. He'd listen and than say :"But for me......". On a humorous note the concept of "Free Love" is as old as the hills, trying to justify their bad behavior. In the 1800's H. G. Wells pushed this nonsense. Even then you'd hear "This is a new society, compared to your day in the 1700's."😅😅😅😅 It has been tried and said in the 1920's and 1960's. To me at 70, I find it all very amusing recycling the same old thing. I got married at 28 and was still a virgin, and proud of it. I briefly dated a girl who was told by her male family members that "Men are after only one thing", which turned her off to the idea 💡 of dating. I told her I had no expectations or Designed when I asked her out. When we parted she said the nicest thing:" I wish I had met you 4 years ago."
