It because people do not teach their children the Bible actually. That is why you are seeing all this happen in your world. Lack of knowledge equals stupidity and ignorance overall.
There’s no way to justify making life altering changes to young kids. They can wait til they are 18 to transition if they really want to. The brain needs time to fully develop anyway, and hormones are a big part of that. It’s absurd to let kids do what they want, and even overrule a parent on occasion.

Human brain is not fully developed until age 25 - 27, when prefrontal cortex is fully developed. Ironically, the prefrontal cortex is responsible for understanding of long term consequences of one's actions and planning. But, yes, age 18, at least they're legal adults, that'd be a great start.

To be fair, not sure how 'deluded' he was. At least he was respectful and seemed to ask genuine questions on a topic that these kids have been lied to about for 6-10 years now. What no one seems to bring up nearly enough is the fact that up until 2015-2016, GID/GD constituted about 0.002% of the population. Now it's supposedly 2-3%... WTF. In girls alone, the FtM numbers skyrocketed 700-900% in the last 8-10 years. And the woke-cult claim it's not a trend or a contagion -- that is exactly and only what it is. Gee, let me see here, pubescent girls hating their bodies and changes that go on during puberty?!?! You don't say. Like this is some grand revelation. Let them be, they'll grow out of it.

The term gender actually comes from the same root word that we use for genetics and genes. When asked what is your gender it is referring to whether you are genetically and male or female. XY or XX chromosomes. People keep on saying biological male and female but it is actually genetics that make you male or female.
