Its really cool how they captured the way Nancy Allen (Lewis) moves. When she shoots the guy in the head at the end of the first act and raises her gun to stand by RoboCop its a carbon copy of how she moved in the movie.

I like that she is competent in-game too. A lot of the time sidekick characters do very little damage in games like this and pretty much exist as set dressing, but she caps bad guys in the head just fine and they drop like sacks of meat when she does. Makes you feel like you are clearing a building with another seasoned officer (albeit one that doesn't have a superhuman android body)

Holy shit this game looks so enticing, I'm amazed it is running so well for a demo!

Also, she seems quite useful in game. I mean, NPCs can't really fight in other games, so she taking down few guys is nice.

AA game based on movie with lots of passion put into it. AWESOME! They got what made The Terminator The Terminator and now the same with Robocop.

Knowing this game is placed between 2 and 3 means no jet pack but man I'm getting this game

Maybe a small peeve but several cops calling him “robo” instead of Murphy feels so out of place. The whole point of the first movie was him recovering his humanity and his fellow officers were some of his biggest supporters.

Not entirely, It's pretty common for police/military to give their friends nicknames. To them calling him "robo" is a sign of respect. It means they see him as an equal.

Nobody supported him in the first movie except Lewis. I watched it recently and can tell you. You must be misremembering it.

This actually looks like a pretty fun game

To this day I can’t believe the original robocop can out it the 80’s. That movie is so violent…it’s awesome 😂! Such a great movie!

i like the true 80's movie aesthetic. liked it more than adapting it to the modern stuffs we have, those CRTs and people's look, is on point. I hope that big ass bipedal robot thing from the movie move in a stop motion style as a nice detail on it XD

I love the movie logic of "strong and addictive" drugs. Like you just turn the power and addiction dials on the drugs machine and you need a resistance level of 8 or higher to not move into a warehouse and sit in the dark waiting to scare a protagonist

If you look in the background in the city high-rise you can see the Reunion Arena Tower that's in Dallas. Nice little Easter egg there.

Nice to see an AI teammate that actually contributes to the fighting. Usually games have them deal like no damage because they seem to think we’ll get upset if we aren’t personally responsible for every kill

I WAS JUST TALKING ABOUT WATCHING ROBOCOP AFTER WATCHING RLM REVIEW IT AND NOW THERE IS A GOOD LOOKING GAME DEMO OUT?! I love the dialogue from the characters and the exposition shots

I wish more games coming out were like this because the trend of huge ambitious games with massive budgets has become tiring. All I want is a fun game where I just gun everyone down.

One thing they totally got wrong is that Robocop never had to reload his magazine on his pistol, it was belt fed from an internal mechanism.

Fun, good lucking, thought out movie adaption game?? There’s gotta be a catch.. watch it not be fully optimized for pc and only run 20fps on cheaper, lower end gaming rigs
