I had intended to spend longer in Charleville, QLD but in the end could only stay a single night. Stayed at Cobb & Co Caravan Park. Owners were lovely and sold good coffee... A great place for a quick stop over, definitely would go back again.
Sadly this also meant I could not check out the local events, definitely need to plan another visit. I did manage to spend time at the Charleville Secret WWII Base.
Just like all US military sites I have visited this was well presented. I really enjoyed the interactive tour and highly recommend it.
