Seeing this on the psge might help. After 2nf listen one notices rhythmic motif repeated almost with every instrument slong with single pitches in pointspace. Timbres are a very real experience here. Low-high ranges another obvious factor. But there seem to be other elements and strategies working here. Like very earlyEuropean art its a puzzle.

More like Weberns nonreoetition and non progressive harmonies. Berg is much more linear and lateromantic expressionist. This is a new world as Webern was. Amazing how different he is from Schonberg or his fellow students.

This appears to be completely formless and lacking direction.
