I like the choices of most of the actors. James is the only one that doesn’t fit.

Neil Crone returned as Gordon in the US version of the All Engines Go series
Colin Feore's Toby voice is perfectly toned. He made Toby sound old and wise. And I like it.
The magic railroad is the best movie with are best voice actors

Diesel 10 sounds like Donald Trump or compared to it.
Those are my headcanon voices for Henry, Gordon, Percy, Toby and Harold! I also love Thomas and Bertie's VAs too (I find the VAs in the CGI series to be overrated in my opinion except for a few like John Hasler as Thomas for example). Susan Roman doesn't seem to fit James, but her line deliveries are great! I only wish Michael Angelis was kept for him even in the final cut. I feel that Kevin Frank is sorta 'under-appreciated' for his character voices (Neil Crone is still my favorite VA from the cast, but still). I love that echoey sound effect he gave to Harold as he is up in the sky and has to shout from above w/ no walls.

John Bellis was originally hired to voice Thomas but the test audience disapproved and Bellis was replaced by Eddie Glen in the final cut of the film. He is still credited in the movie as transportation co-ordinator.
The only I wish was in it is Edward. I wonder who would have voiced him?

so Bennett you did'nt forget about the magic it's safe inside of you and helping each other brings to life the magic in all of us
What I didn't know that Neil Crone voice as Gordon, diesel 10,splatter, and the tumbleweed
When I first watched Thomas and the Magic Railroad many years ago I though that there would more characters like Edward, Duck, Donald Douglaus, Bill, Ben. Oliver and the rest of the characters but unfortunely that never happened, plus I was expect to see Gordon, Henry, James, Percy and Toby at the end of the movie with Thomas and Lady.

Yeah, it’s pretty clear that the studios behind this movie, seemed to have no idea who Thomas the Tank Engine is, considering the minimal representation. Also, the reason Edward wasn’t in the film is because they failed to finish his model on time.
The fact that Henry's voice is American while all the other Steam Team members are British makes no sense
