What If there are no planets in the house, do we look for lord of that particular house?

Would birth chart yogas be considered in D9 chart? Like if Guru Mangala Yoga in 4/10 axis and Gaj Kesari Yoga in 7/10 axis are being formed in D9 along with many other positive yogas then would these yoga minimise the malefic effects of planets in D1 chart and even in D9 chart ? Which yogas are more powerful and given more weightage - Yogas in D1 or in D9 ?

Usually in such cases you will see the connection of a retrograde planet with the 7th house. There are other important combinations for this though and I will try and make a video soon.

Do the 3rd and 11th sign characteristics should also be considered in D9 if no planets are placed ? Like for example if Saggitarius is in 11th house in D9 and no planet is placed in it then would the sign significance affect the general characteristics of the spouse ?

In d1 i have saturn in aquarius in 7th house, in d9, saturn goes into the 4th house of scorpio, mercury is in 3rd house of libra, mars in 7th house of aquarius, moon + ketu in 11th house of gemini, venus which is my darakaraka is in conjunction with Jupiter in 9th house of aries & mars is my atmakaraka. Leo ascendant is vargottam & 1st house is empty both in d1 & d9.

What about in Capricorn ASC d9. Seventh house empty in cancer. Sign. Fifth house. Lord. Venus empty. Both in twelfth moon Venus ketu. In Shani Rashi. Moreover guru in eight in leo. In second house sun mars. Sat in tenth in libra. How would. Be spouse. Spouse nature. And married life.
