@@JackMeoff46 well they could make it take place in a college; and even if it takes place in a school, that doesn't mean that they can't make it mature. Kids will want to play any mature game regardless of the setting, especially if it's a rockstar game

Originally the mission was about Johnny and Lola trying to frame Gord to make it look like he was some sort of pervert. If my memory is correct, Gord was originally suppose to take Lola to the Light House, then Jimmy would sneak in and take a few pictures and Gord would hear the sound of the camera and say "did you hear something?" Lola would say she didn't think so, but maybe they should go somewheres else. Gord would have his driver (only mission he would have appeared in, or at least his name), drive a around while Jimmy followed on the stolen bike. Eventually they would end up at Gord's garage and Lola would be in her underwear and Gord would make passes on her and kiss her (photo) then Lola would leave humiliating Gord, and Johnny and the rest of the greasers would have something to blackmail him on. That's how we planed the mission to go, even set it all up and tested it a few times, but unfortunately it "effected" the "T" rating. Oh well, still turned out good i suppose, if everyone is still talking about it after all these years.

Zylaxic yeah the game was going to be darker there was going to be some lines in the factory battle over the acid and cut segments of a boss battle which can involve Jimmy dying in the acid I can't remember the exact voice lines of the boss's remarks when Jimmy falls in

@@rawrdino7046 AFAIK yes and no. I may be wrong but in a lot of cases I think they're supposed to be high school seniors, so likely 18. They're almost always played by significantly older actors anyway. I think having clearly adult actors probably makes things more acceptable even if the characters are supposed to be younger. I'm not saying that they couldn't have put these models in, just that Rockstar having to justify them if they got called out might not have been a fight they wanted to get into. Hell, just look at the controversy in the US over the nothingburger that was the Hot Coffee mod.

No, these are obviously all from the "panty raid" quest. At the end of the quest, all the girls are standing outside the girl's dorm in their pajamas. Since there are no pajama models in the beta, I just assume they slept in underwear before they changed it

Still less hardcore than the underlying plot of Life is Strange, that had to be edited for the exact same reasons. Nope, not ratings, nope, not wider sales options, but because depicting children (as in those below the age of majority) having sex or displaying their sexual organs is against the law and would result in the game being universally banned for sale and distribution.

I've spent a lot of time playing bully and studying it. The models of the girls were most likely used in the girl's dorm room as Jimmy can choose to enter the Girl dorm room and peep on the girls from inside closets and such. Not saying your guess is completely wrong, but having these models in the dorm room makes a little more sense.

It's actually not that weird to make """nude""" models for characters. It is generally faster to make clothing over a nude model than having to redo an entire model (because like it or not, game development is all about cutting corners to met demands), and the mermaid is a big clue as to why they made the nude Lola model. As for the UW models, it could be, again, to provide a baseline in case they needed to make more clothing for the characters later on (which may have been scrapped, I don't know if they have any other clothing). And, to top it all off, it could also be so that the perverted part of the end users wouldn't accidentally stumble upon nude models if the were to go through game files. And, then, as a last theory of mine, it could be an extension to the "invasion of the girls dorm" scene, as eye candy. It's hard to tell cause Rockstar will be Rockstar, but usually this type of unused content is benign, and mostly for development. See, for example, Monster Hunter World, which came to PC some time ago. It also had """nude""" models (although there is a lot of nuance to why it has it, which has to do with the clothing not being painted on, but I'm too lazy to type it out).

Hey sweg, have you ever done the”glitch” where the prefects ride the police motorcycle on school grounds? If not all you do is hit a cop and wait for the motorcycle cop to chase you into the school and stand still, making him hop off the bike and chase you on foot alongside the prefects. if you get him far enough a prefect will treat it like a regular bike and hop on to chase you. Once you lose your wanted level the prefect will do his normal walking routine but on the bike while staring at you the entire time hahaha

One of the games where I would love to see a directors cut beta content mod that restores all of these cut things. As to why there were underwear models in the beta version, I doubt its because the game had a darker tone back then. Probably Jimmy was just able to date these girls properly and make out fully instead of just giving them a kiss. But that would probably have been extremely questionable considering the peoples age so that risky stuff was removed. Just like San Andreas hot coffee, get it?
