I feel like Spencer would def have a lisp and that would add on to the list of reasons why it’d be hard to take him srsly when introduced, making it more impactful when he actually becomes a real threat in the story ⭐️

I love the agonists idea! Though I definitely like the girl more, probably because of nostalgia 😭 HEAD-CANNON: I feel like she would backstab him because she is a widow who probably doesn’t like being bossed around because she didn’t like how much freedom she used to have and he started to be really bossy when planning on how to get the book you know?!

Girl only now I thought about the time travel story.. (almost) Everyone probably worked/studied at the SAME college, just in different timezones. The book was always in the library and almost no one ever saw it or took it home...

Nothing here was new (except for the desaturated highlight on the shadows artistic choice) but seeing all of this laid out just kinda made something click in my brain. Super helpful!

The character model without an outfit is such a good idea i never thought of that i making one right now It also is something that works so well for my ocs because many of them either have tattoos or skin details like acne, freckles, vitiligo or (acne) scars

this was such a fun video!! i don’t know a lot about your time travel universe because i’ve only just discovered you; but what if the reason spencer is transported to the 1900s is because it was the last thing he read about? like maybe jane was doing a report on the 1800s, etc. this could work reversed too, if the older characters were reading hypothetical works on “what is the 20th century like” etc. i just thought i’d throw it out there because hearing you talk about it inspired me! thanks for making such a lovely video ❤

The widow and skater girl are my new favorites (along with the blonde from the time travel series).

I HAVE.. AN IDEA!!!: Okay, so, I really like pausing when you show your finished art work and pausing when you add small notes on the side of your drawings. While you were drawing Alex, I noticed the idea of her backstabbing Spencer for that book. I have no idea why but I really though that was a neat-o thought and it just add a lot of lore to the story these characters have and/or already add to the lore of the plot. It randomly reminded me of when in shows, movies, and comics, there is a villain who is working for someone much greater (aka a bigger, badder, more cold villain). And once that greater villain gets what they want or the sidekick is of no use to them anymore, they basically throw them away or toss them aside. Then that sidekick has a change of heart and decides to join the protagonist/hero. So basically what I’m saying, what if that’s what happened with Spencer and Alex? I don’t like saying you have to make Spencer the opposite of what he is, but I’d like to say that he would realize following Alex getting the book would be wrong. Or he figures out Alex is just using him for her own gain because.. gaslight, gatekeep, girlboss 💋! He could continue to be the nerdy, weird, obsessive person he is, but he would see Alex is just.. nuh-uh. I’d like to see Alex be one of the antagonists, along with Father Simone (idk if I’m spelling that right). And if Spencer had a “change of heart”, I know the Time Travelers gang wouldn’t trust him much so.. DRAMA✨! Of course if you already have an idea of what your going to do, I don’t think you should change it because of my little suggestion! I’d love to see what you do with your OC’s and I’d roll with anything you do! You really inspire me because I’m not a very very good artist, and seeing your art gives this younger artist a bajillion ideas! :>

this video inspired me to revamp one of my ocs and i'm SO glad i did!! he needed to be yassified a little more, bro was wearing gray turtlenecks and sweatpants and that just WASNT him. thank goodness. i'm very glad i saw this video, my boy is lookin so much more like himself ^w^

You're a huge inspiration for me since Im also an oc nerd that loves to write and I have to say that I looove Spencer and Alex, they remind me of one of my ocs (he is also an obssesive creepy incel). Also, I thought that maybe Spencer was taken to a different time period than Margot because time travels take you to a place where you are destined to do something or meet someone? Like, Spencer was bound to meet Alex to cause mayhem. Something like what happens to Zelda in TotK

After listening to your voice for 6 hours straight while designing my own characters I just wanna say I love your content.
