Chaozhou Gongfucha One Dish One Boat | Tea Everyday | Knjitea

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Part 1 of Tea Everyday
Chaozhou Gongfucha utilizes small teapots, a hefty dose of tea, and 3 cups for comfort on a rainy day. This is not a tea ceremony but the practice requires strict adherence to rules. This abridged version can be used with lower quality Wuyi cliff tea to bring out greater depths of yanyun, or rock taste.

Hey, where'd you get the binchotan? Amazon seems to have a bunch but they're all for water filtration.

Both my sources of binchotan are from Japan: Kyoto and Kanazawa. I'm fairly certain you can try the ones for water filtration if they are whole. Just be sure to light in a well ventilated area. If you live in NYC/NJ area, both Taiyo and Mitsuwa should have them

@@knjitea2827 shoot, that's a 4 hour drive. I'm just gonna take my chances with some from Amazon and if they do the trick I'll come back to this comment. I can't be the only tea nerd who had no idea that stuff existed so maybe someone will look in the comments for this exact conversation 🤷‍♂️

How many grams of tea do you use. And what is three size of the tea pot? Is that 200 ml?
