Oh wow! You have more yarn out on the shelves than my local Walmart.

I have a "Super Walmart" nearby that just remodeled & there used to be that both sides of the aisle had yarn - now there is only 1 side of yarn (on the outside of the aisle). Thank goodness there is a Hobby Lobby and a Michaels nearby.

Thank you Glenda for your video. I feel so sad watching your video and missing when I had been in the US and used to go to Walmart stores and I loved to go to those aisles fulled of yarn. Here in latinamerica Walmarts don't have aisles of yarn 😪 I have only 2 yarn stores in my town and very often I have to buy my balls of yarn by Mercado Libre. If I looking for yarn at Amazon it's expensive a lot.

Looks like your store had the original colors of the RH Ombre. Some stores are carrying the newer skeins which are slightly different, not going to the darkest shades that the older ones have. Many people have been very disappointed with the newer ones!! They say they are not as soft anymore also!!

I wished the 3 Walmarts close to me had as much yarn and crochet items as yours has. I seldom can find enough yarn at one of these Walmarts to make an item. I have to go to all three and hope the colors match.

Hi Glenda. Your video was fine. It was probably hard on you with all the noise but we couldn’t really hear it. Your grandson did a great job! Your Walmart yarn aisle is a lot better than ours. We don’t have much at all. I only buy there if absolutely necessary. I’m in there all the time for other things so if I need something I can get it but I rarely do. I don’t order online much either. We have Hobby Lobby, Joanne’s, Michael’s and a really nice store called Fabric Place Basement where they carry beautiful yarns. Oh and the main store for Webs, where they ship out all of their orders is about an hour away. I haven’t been there yet but would love to go one of these days. I wish my Walmart could see yours, lol. They really could learn a lot! Thanks for sharing Glenda!😊

I love Walmart's mainstays anti-pill yarn it's really soft& cushy& it's a real good price, I use it Alot for my projects! The Red Heart ombre however has changed greatly in the color & softness and is now made in Turkey not American!😊

Wow your walmart is well stock compare to others and that cotton cone you picked up and like i too love that color i actually made coasters and dish cloths with that yarn for the coasters i made some in the colirs in thst cone

My Wal-Mart, which I rarely go to, has about a half an isle and not a whole lot on it and disorganized. I did get some at Ollie's.

Our WalMart has a limited selections of yarns. I guess I should visit surrounding WalMart stores in my area to see what they have in their stores. Surprising video to the different selections of yarns.

I'm jealous. I'm in South-East Manitoba, Canada and my yarn selection at my local Walmart is in a quarter of what you showed on one wall

Hi from the interlake!!! Selkirk walmart has just top half of the aisle one side is the four super sacer and bernat premium other side is all the thincker yarn

Wow! Your Walmart puts mine to shame. We also have one isle, but the shelves are almost bare to the bone! I use to love going to Walmart for yarn but the past few years they are so bare.

The vidio was fine. The background noise wasn't bad.yous did a great job. It is much like my Walmart.

I think your video was wonderful even though I was jealous of your Wal-Mart. Mine is always messy and has extremely limited stock. I always stop to look because of the prices but having enough of a product to match dye lots is a pipe dream. I do enjoy looking though! Thank you for taking the time and making the effort. You really have a large area of yarn. Our Walmart has 1/3 of the area you have. There isn't as much yarn or needle work ideas either. Yeah for you.

I didn't have a problem with the background noise either - but thanks for sharing despite it being louder for you! I also didn't feel like you rushed things too much either. I think the price, yardage, and weight is sufficient. I can only speak for myself, but the color names isn't necessary (just my opinion - if it saves you time). Just seeing the colors is sufficient for me. Thanks again, and I hope you didn't get a headache from it being too noisy for you!💕

I am so envious of the selection of yarns in your Walmart! In my local Canadian Walmart they have just reduced the two yarn aisles to just half an aisle - so disappointing. I wish I knew who was responsible for this decision! When ordering on-line there is no opportunity to feel the texture of the yarn and then there is the cost of shipping. I buy all my yarn at Walmart. I love Red Heart yarn. Usually buy jumbo size. We don't have a big variety in brands at my Walmart.

The Funny Print in Bernat Baby Sport is what I made 4 baby hats, 3 pair of baby booties and 2 1/4 baby sweaters out of one ball.

My Walmart in Lee's Summit, MO has gone WAY downhill! The only thing they have in abundance is the Lion Brand Mandala yarns, and nobody buys them; the same ones are there all the time. They do carry the Premier yarns which I now love and prefer it over Red Heart, of which the quality is horrible anymore; no longer soft at all! Otherwise, I only go to Walmart for the Premier Puzzle yarns. And knowing how Walmart works, they'll stop carrying it because people like it.

Hi Glenda sorry you had a bad trip to the store. My Walmart has about a 1/2 isle of yarn. I've heard from the KZread grapevine that red heart moved it's manufacturing department to Turkey. That's why the ombre colors are different

The Walmart here in Collierville Tn does not have much of a selection, and what they do have is scattered out of place. I spend more time organizing the yarns than actually choosing what to buy. You did a great job of reviewing what your store has.

I’m fine buying yarn at Walmart. It’s really basic, but there’s something for every project. Just limited colors. My only complaint is not all colors in stock all the time. But I shop weekly for food and always peruse the craft aisles.

Yes, your Walmart has a much more robust yarn section. The one near me, not much for colorways, many missing bands, and tangled, sometimes dirty looking yarn.

Casa is Spanish for home, so I assume that yarn is designed for pillows etc. Think I'll try to find some pooling yarn. I didn't try it years ago when it was a big thing. Thanks for the video.

Your Walmart has a lot better selection than mine in Kansas. We always have great gaping empty spots on the shelves and, often, just a couple of skeins of each color.
