It made people come around for food. He had a beautiful man, a beautiful woman and he gave it to him and he gave it to her. She gave it to him in a way that his wife never did. He was not able to stay under that tree that he grew, he was very poor and he thought it was a waste of his money. He could do anything and yet he had no need for his own care or his own needs. Dose weather cause electricity or does electricity cause weather?
we talk about the weather so much because its more of a translation of our moods, if its rainy and cold we say “wow think there will be a snowstorm so i can stay in bed?” or a sunny beautiful day we really think “wow i am counting every second to get out of work and frolick in the woods”
Greetings, my favorite thoughty person....just love your programs. A few years ago in the UCLA plasma lab, we fairly conclusively demonstrated that absolutely NO particles or nucleation was required to cause precipitation. We did this by creating in a large plasma chamber, clouds out of extremely highly distilled water, charged to a very high DC voltage. When the cloud was discharged, lo and behold, it rained inside the plasma chamber. It is electrical charge ALONE that holds clouds in suspension. I'd love to talk to you more about this. Carry on, my friend!

From San Diego but last gf from Minnesota had me travel there and its ALL they seem to talk about there
Yes, yes we can
We do have one other method of weather "control", albeit haphazard, unintentional, and difficult to control. Our large scale environmental energy gathering methods (solar and wind farms, hydroelectric generators with reservoirs) for generating electricity do have effects on the weather. Large reservoirs have long been know to contribute to local humidity, and this in turn contributes to rain downwind. The solar concentrator generators that use molten salt raise local temperatures, causing cloud to evaporate back into water vapor and keep rain from falling on certain areas. Also, wind farms have been shown to slow the air currents over them as effectively as hills three times their height, causing rain to fall sooner. In fact, there is a valley in California where a wind farm was put on one end, and it quit raining entirely at the other end of the valley for the next 6 years. So, yeah, we do, kind of, have some control over the weather.

What does your fantasy closet monsters have to do with the weather? Just curious. Or are you off of your meds and think they're real again?
Growing up in the late 70's early 80's; contrails could be observed as following the aircraft at a certain length, dissipating as quickly as dispersed, what seemed liked hundreds of miles over many hours.. but the trail followed its disbursement .. suddenly there are trails that linger long after you cant see the aircraft anymore, other aircraft fly thru it; disrupt that part of it but it still lingers longer than the 'trail' that broke it.
Utahn who is here to tell you that seeding started before the 70’s. We at one time experienced thick fog. They resorted to cloud seeding to break-up the fog for the Airplanes to continue to land/take-off.
Why can’t we just have a phone or iPad to adjust the weather at ANYTHING we want?

Because we would legitimately burn the planet. Radical lefties would burn it down to make it seem like climate change is real, like they did in California multiple times by setting large scale Forrest fires. And conservatives would make it so cold we would have a permanent ice age.

Bonjour Monsieur! Merci pour tes super vidéos.
You changing the name perfectly tricked the algorithm into reminding me to watch this video. Well done sir
"Can We Control the Weather?" There is no WE. I am unable to control weather but theoretically I can influence it in microscopic or quantum ways.

Thank you for mentioning haarp. Maybe If its possible to do a separate video on it.
The answer is a RESOUNDING "YES". Heck we've been doing this shit since the Vietnam War, where We managed to cloud seed their atmosphere, and cause torrential rainfall - MUCH more than ever before which literally flooded out many of the "enemy's" tunnels and supply routes...All you have to do is look up "Patents" during this time. It's just like with the Targeted Individual shit; there are literally patents made, and who's existence becomes a realization to you is but a few Google clicks away. And yeah, this knowledge is half a century old. Imagine what We have now...

They were able to make it rain in the 1800’s! Some dude got paid by California to make it rain, he did it and flooded the place 😂 they expect us who know of climate control to believe in climate change 🤔
