Changing the 12-volt electrical power source for LED lights in the Stage Left Audio cargo trailer
Changing the power source for the LED strip-lights in the Stage Left Audio cargo trailer. This change was needed to move the 12-volt primary source of power into the trailer so the vehicle battery would not be needed for the interior LED cargo lights.
IMPORTANT:
This video has nothing to do with audio, but does show a "behind the scenes" view of the overhead with managing equipment that is used with providing audio services.

You could always add another baterry in parallel to add capacity.
illuminating, sir! always good to have the lights on at night

Thank you! Always seems like there's not enough light on load-out (which I know you are familiar with!!)
Nicely done. Are the trailer lights now solely ran from the battery, no longer getting power from the van?

@@stageleftaudio I was concerned about current flowing from the van to the battery. I figured you had it covered.
would be nice to rig it up where the battery charges when the van is running

Indeed!
Hello sir.. is the led still connected to the cargo van battery or only the independent one? If only the independent one, why not connect such a way that while the van is running it charges the 12v battery...

The LED lighting is now only connected to the independent battery. Good suggestion with charging the trailer battery. First, the amount of current the LED lights draw would mean it may take about 10 hours with the LED lights on before the battery would run out of power. For recharging the battery, I have a small charger that I will connect to the battery. For connecting the trailer battery to the charging system of the van would require a bit more wiring and possibly an upgrade to the existing trailer electrical wiring connections... all of which would be too involved just to charge a battery.
Is it a rechargeable Battery ? they are not cheap.

Yes it is. It's only a 7 amp/hr. battery (not too expensive).
Hello Sir please Tell Me..All Dbx Speaker Manegement System Have Phase Setting..How To Use In This Feature

Hello - The dbx units do provide phase. I recommend posting your question to the dbx forum; that is the best place to post questions to get good answers. KZread response areas (like the one you are reading from) are not the best places for technical questions. The forums have a lot more users on them.
