Supporting letter will take 4 weeks atleast ,depending on the situation as well. Spouse of stamp 4 will be stamp 1 A

Can we apply for stamp 4 after 18 months of holding stamp 1 or do we need to wait 24 months.. Please reply

Currently you can apply if you completed 20months with your stamp one visa..

Isn't it too hard to get critical visa , considering a middle class person invests a hefty amount on studying and then it's so less probability to get the critical visa or pr chances . This is the weakest point on thinking of studying in Ireland . Rest it's so cool

Renew stamp 4 every 2 years and apply for nationality if 5 years completed in total

I have a contract for 1 and half years with stamp 1. if in case I won't get job immidiately after my current contract can I stay in Ireland or not?

By the end of contract , you should find another employer who would provide a permit to work. You cannot stay legally without a permit.Thank you

@@ajit56785 is your stamp 1 after 2 years? If so you can still apply for stamp 4. Wait for the supporting letter and then go for appointment inorder to renew

@@ajit56785 yes you should orelse it's gonna be illegal stay. You should have applied 4 months prior to expiry. As you haven't probably they might ask you to renew your stamp 1 for the moment and later change to stamp 4 when you receive the supporting letter.

Hello, Good Evening! Thanks for Info! --------------- Could you please shed some light on it as not sure what approch to be taken in my scenario Parvez, Thanks. I got my critical work permit (24th Jan 2021 - 24th Jan 2023) , But due to a corona pandemic Situation, I came to Ireland after 3 months of my permit being granted. Started my employment in May 2021. Therefore I would have completed my 20 months employment in Dec 2022. Note: My Visa would expire in Jan 2023. (Where I would be left 24 days) after 20 months of employment on a Critical work permit. What action should be taken? 1) Do I need to renew stamp1 for a 3 months to have a valid visa while applying for Stamp 4 letter Or 2) Am I ok to apply for stamp 4 letter (As I do finish 20 months) Could you kindly guide me on this matter, Thank you very much!!

If you are completing 20months after getting critical skill permit ,you can request for supporting letter,so no need to renew stamp 1 visa as far as we understand.Thank you

Hi, I am in a similar situation myself. Please could you provide us with an update if it worked alright for you? My CSEP expires Early April 2024 and I only get 21 months physical presence in Ireland in March 2024.
