Hi Alisha, thank you for the video. I would like to ask if I live in Dublin and worked in Ireland for 57 months on stamp 1 ( General Work Permit), can I apply online via ISD and all the documents submitted is scanned version?

If I have a Critical Skills Permit, does my work start date factor into when I should apply? Do I need to apply 12 weeks before expiry of my IRP or at month 21 of actual employement start date?

You can apply for a Stamp 4 after completing 21 months on a Critical Skills permit. It is advisable to always check the most recent immigration regulations for accurate information as they keep on updating.

Hi Alisa, i have applied via online for stamp 4 application, but ISD has rejected my application since i don't live in Dublin. I emailed to immigration office , but they haven't reply to me. Hi, sorry to hear about it. As mentioned in the video, online renewal is only for Dublin residents. You need to call INIS office in your city or county to take appointment for this application. Carry a physical debit card for payment.

One of my friend is working for a company more than 26 months on stamp 1 ( critical skills visa) but his employer is not ready to give a letter for stamp 4 as the employer knew if he give a letter my friend won’t stay in that company after getting stamp 4 So could you tell me what he can do in this situation

Hi, sorry to hear about it. CSEP is valid only for 2 years, next step is to apply for Stamp 4. His employer needs to give him a Verification of service letter for visa renewal. Or else how can he even work for them. He can use that letter and a recent payslip to apply for Stamp 4.

Ma'am, my husband has 4 temp visas in Ireland. I work in a bank in India and it has been 5 years since I joined the bank. I will have to go to Ireland for spouse visa, should I go there to bank or finance department?
