vinyl wrap might have been cheaper and faster than doing all that, but it looks great. Came here to see how to remove the grill though my project is to put some raptor LED lights for my '19. Great vid.

I did vinyl wrap but it didn’t hold up very well due to the hard lines of the grille. So I just bought a black one. Disassembly and assembly would of been 30 mins! Thanks for watching! Subscribe will ya?

I have to remove my bumper to get to a bird lodged in between grill and radiator. Thanks for the video

It’s difficult since adhesive is used. Most likely will need to purchase new emblem as well.

By chance do you remember the seller that you purchased from on Ebay I want to get the same grill. Thank you for your time.

@@andylau4117 I got my emblem from Subaru parts. I couldn’t successfully transfer the emblem over. It was too tough and ruined it so I needed to buy a new one

Can the wilderness grille fit that?

That’s a great question! Im not sure if it does or not! I do know Subaru makes a “sport” grille that looks similar to the wilderness.

The wilderness grille unfortunately doesn’t fit the regular outback. You would have to order the wilderness front bumper cover to be able to do it. For some reason they made the grille on the wilderness slightly larger than the standard outbacks, and the clips are in a different location. I assume it’s so nobody can make a fake wilderness without spending a ton of money. Also, the grille on the standard 2.5 is different from the 2.4 turbo grille. While they are the same size, the backside of the grille and air dam openings are designed differently.
