You should be able to swap them. The 4Runners you can with a minor connector change. This is just a facelift, I imagine all the mechanical fastening points are the same.

What about projectors xle 2021 headlights? Can they be upgraded to 2022?

What happens in the case of the RAV4 Limited which already has projectors?

$6,600 for a little plastic wiring harness. That's absolutely highway robery with a near death beating at the end.

Hey. Toyota Japan or Europe I doubt will be able to help. The older headlight was fine. This one just shines the light a bit brighter and clear in my opinion

So a $35k car has a $6,600 wiring harness? Can I buy a new car without this harness for $28k then? I can 3D print my own connectors and make my own harness

I have a 2023 rav4 xle premium, only after owning it i realised that the headlights in xle is different than the one in limited. The drl unit in limited looks more attractive. Is it possible to swap the headlights?

Hey Marcelo, I know I can go to u. I own a 2019 prius Limited in USA. I purchased installed a cat shield on my car. I saw on Car Care Nut AMD says bar in front prevents theft. I was concerned in all the coolant pipes exposed. I heard toyota was installing shields. I purchased a stainless double vented myself. ( I AM mechanically inclined & did a professional job). Will this void any warranty? I'm tryn to take care of it. I paid extra for extended warranty & dont want it voided. Mine is due for state inspection & theyre gonna see it. Thanks.

Fog lights should be yellow so the old halogens are better

2021 and 2022 are both 5th gen. 6th gen doesn’t come out until 2024.

I have 2018 rav 4 im not complaining all hallogen lights not even one led people now a days not satisfied what they have right now

In a perverse way, I’m glad I have to wait for a 2022, love the headlights! But the wait, ugh. And now I hear the Ontario plants are shut again? Due to the trucker protest ☹️. I’ve been waiting since Aug. here in BC. Phoned dealership this week, still no word. I wouldn’t be surprised if my wait ends up close to a year.

Delays in NZ as well. My 2022 RAV4 Adventure Hybrid could possible arrive in May - July or even longer. Allocated Limited hybrid all pre sold. Next ones might have to wait till 2023. Will the trucker protests add time to you guys in Canada ?

Toyota will rip you off for a misery upgrade. Go and buy similar light aftermarket. They look the same for a fraction of that price.

You'd have to be a nut to spend that kind of money for a headlamp change... Just trade in on a 22, you'll get better interior led lighting and more instrument lighting as well, and then there's the led tail lamps, license plate 6k led lighting, 6k fog lamps and more.
