I didn't expect this, but the most enlightening part of the video for me was reflecting on which season of life I am currently in. I realized that I never *allow myself* to truly have a sliving season! I'm always rushing to the next thing, because of course there will always be more to do, more to heal, more to accomplish. Which is what drove me to this video in the first place lol. But I realized how deeply my soul is craving a period of celebration and appreciation for how far I've come. I'm nervously excited to declare this, but: I am going to spend the next 6 months celebrating myself! 💖💖💃💃💐💐 Thank you, Erin (and team)!
