    I LOVE that you touch on doing things that make you happy even though you’re not “good” at them! I love doing triathlons because I know they keep me healthy and active - but I know I’ll win an Ironman. It’s just a celebration of my physical health and I don’t need a certain time to celebrate!

    I'm kinda tired of seeing these videos because it's basic info, but I decided to click because I thought: 1) It's Erin, she's a badass with great tips 2) It's over 30 minutes so she might actually go deeper than the other folks. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED 👏🏾 Cycle syncing, cannabis, and defining my own metrics for success have been game changers. I also love that you're an artist at heart and Gemini like me 😍 Glad you're back on the Tube! 🙌🏾 Keep shining

    Hi Erin, Let me start by saying I am a big fan. I started watching you 5 years ago. The only reason I would go on KZread was you. I have silently seen all your journey. I have noticed how your hairstyle, background and branding have changed/evolved over time. I am glad you are posting on YT again because lately, you were not posting.All the best :)

    You're amazing! Thanks so much for sharing your experiences, trials, and errors. I've been cleaning out a lot of old stuff too & learning to take full responsibility for my own life/emotions etc. is such a challenge, but at the same time, so liberating 💕

    I loved this list & your walkthrough of each one, along with your practical application tips. Thank you! 💜 Regarding the exercise thing - I hate sport 😂 but in lockdown I was going out for a lunchtime walk every day to have a break from the computer screen (I worked from home during the plague). Made me realise that I do love moving my body, just not in a team / competitive environment. More recently I've discovered ((BOUNCE)) classes (think aerobics on a mini trampoline) & I absolutely love those! So you're right - finding activities that you actually enjoy makes a huge difference. 💜

    I’m 34 and would like to start content creation especially a KZread channel more on the “influencer” type having no niche just being myself but I’m scared to be too old for that and not interesting enough for my ideal audience so I didn’t star nothing at all for that reason 😭

    So this is an interesting question. My thoughts can be negative but I would still attract favor. For example, I would dread that my coworkers would be mean to me and ignore me, but they end up being so sweet and nice and attentive this whole year. Then last week there was a contest that I initially refused to do because I thought I would not get any prize at all and I would just embarrass myself. But I ended up playing the game and won a years supply of hair products, spa treatments, free seminars and more! This was all the while I was having negative and jealous thoughts. So now I’m very confused. Is it that deep down, in the midst of my negative thoughts, that I believe I am actually lucky? A lot of these videos say what you think is what you get but if that was the case, why are good things happening when I have negative thoughts?

  • @mariamarques3366

    @mariamarques3366

    One thing I do is to think of my intrusive thoughts as a third entity that is not the same as I am This helps me to reasonate with my mind, if I give it good arguments agaisnt what it is saying. And if you apply the same way of thinking to yourself, those negative thoughts would be the third entity and you doing those things anyway would be yourself stepping out of the prison that those negative thoughts are creating around your mind

    Certainly appreciate the notion of appreciating the person God made you to be, but please folks do not worship yourself. Choose God. Have no other idols before me. Exodus 20:3 But yes sincerely appreciate the way God made you ❤️
