Thank you for this video! I’ve been waiting for good swatches of these. I love how they look on you - even the brighter colors look very wearable and flattering. The only thing I’m disappointed in is the new “Boy” - it seems too warm/yellow based, the old one has a hint of mauve that makes it more neutral. I might have to run out and stock up on the original.

Hi Fiama! :) Thank you so much for watching! I totally agree about "boy". It's too yellow now and even paler than before. I preferred the old version. It was such a good neutral color. Too bad they decided to change it.

Angela you always make me want to buy products. Just seeing how the #96 looked on you with pale skin it was so complementary to your skin tone and I have similar skin tone except my lips are much darker.

Thank you for this great video. It helped me a lot and I selected number 91 Boheme and 97 Ferveur. Love those colors!

Hi Angela! I love the last colour on you - No 96, it's beautiful on you and really makes your lovely green eyes pop! To be honest I think us paler girls don't really suit the real pale nudes but since they will be replacing the 'Shine' formula, I might just go out and buy 'Boy' for the sake of having it. It's so iconic! Thanks for the great reviews as always and yes I think you'll have a hard time deciding on what colours to purchase!!

I liked the most the two last colors on you, I think they really suit you. I agree regarding Boy- it emphasizes all the imperfections of the skin and making it a bit reddish, which is absolutely unnecessary :).

Hi Cassey! They are not very long-lasting but at least they keep your lips hydrated. The dark shades last a little longer. If you don't eat the dark shades can last up to 4 hours. The pale shades wear off quicker (3 hours). Also, they transfer. If you drink coffee/tea.... the lipsticks transfer onto the cup a little. But as I said if you don't eat or drink you can have a good color for 4 hours approximately.

Thanks for the video, Angela. Nice to see all the colors on. Where did you get this sample card set? I am between several colors and can't decide which to buy, because store lighting is not real . This sample pack would be perfect to help me choose my perfect shade.

Maybe you could check your local Chanel counter or Beauty store (in case there is one). They should have these samples. Just make sure to hurry up because I suppose they have limited numbers. How did you get the swatch booklet?! This is amazing! I’m looking for a great spring summer thrown on lipstick with a tan! I’d love to see how several of these look on my medium skin tone.

Hi Rosy! :) A lady gave me the swatch booklet at Chanel's Beauty Store (Milan, Italy). I go there quite often. I suppose they have limited number of these sample booklets so you'd better hurry up and check at your nearest Chanel counter or Chanel Beauty store (in case there is one near you). Usually Chanel's counters are the most generous when it comes to giving samples but make sure to buy a couple of products. Otherwise they are not willing to give samples. And also ask them first if they have this sample booklet. I hope you'll get the chance to get one of these. It helps a lot to choose the colors. xx

I love this kind of lipsticks, 'cause my lips don't like matte ora formula... Btw I think the first version of "Boy" was better... More natural... Great video 💖

Was going to ask about the nail polish, but thought I better check the comments first 😉

I had lipstick in the color Boy before and am glad that it is different now because it didn't suit me. The new one still looks a bit too pale for me. Can't wait to try them all.

Hello Emma! You can try L'Oreal's Colour Riche Shine lipsticks. They are the same in terms of quality. The colors are beautiful and they have the same balmy feel and texture. I love them and to be honest there's not much of a difference... just the colors are different but L'Oreal have some very pretty shades. Another option could be Bourjois Color Boost lip crayon (but I'm sure if they are still on the market... they might have been discontinued but you can check Amazon). They are also very similar to Rouge Coco flash. xoxo

None of them look very good stay with neutral tones

Boy is a waste of money, its worse than nothing because it makes your lips look worse. I bought it and return it the next day. Why pay $40 just get vaseline 😆
