I love Chanel’s use of the florals as mentioned. They’ve been using the same combination since No.5 and it’s timeless.

Lol I honestly don’t know how the majority of people are getting two hours of longevity with this one. It lasted all day on me!

I got this for my wife on launch day and she really likes it.

Nice review Steven. My mom loved this one. At last she gave the Lacoste Pour Femme a rest...Don't get me wrong I like the Lacoste one, but enough is enough (sorry mom).

Beautiful and elegant is my opinion of Gabrielle. Just wish it lasted longer, especially for the price!

when this first came out, i used it a lot but the longevity was poor. i tried it again this year and it somehow lasts longer lol i sprayed it before i went to sleep and when i woke up, i could still smell it, and still quite strong. now i have to try it during the day

Thanks for the review! Albeit a mainstream release, and having received some negative reviews, I really enjoyed Gabrielle. Wore it to death on a recent trip. Nice florals with the classic Chanel jasmine with just a hint if ylang and musk to remind one of its deep lineage. It opens wiith an "iced tea" accord in my skin, and I even got a faux aldehydic accord, probably from its effervescent quality. Very modern, youthful, sunny, bright, a nice intro for young'uns to the house. A great juice overall. Mahalos!

The Chanel (women's) demographic is definitely polarizing. I hope they pick up the pace on performance and more men's releases. Thank you.

I adore this type of fragances, I own Chance and Coco Mademoiselle.... I wish it'd last longer for me, is 2 hours then just skin really dipping in. Disclaimer, I have been experiencing allergic rhinitis so it may be me... But before buying I was ok and the performance was regular - poor. Would you do a review in Gucci Bloom? That lasted but I think it's kind of plain like a lot of jasmine and nards, recently subscribed and I'll try some fragances out of my confort zone. Best regards from Argentina 😊

Many people hate this perfume, but I am not one of them. I seriously love it. From a person you loves, prefers, and owns several gourmand fragrances like Hypnotic Poison, Angel, Coromandel, Black Opium, Angel Muse, etc., this masterpiece is a breath of fresh air. White floral notes were never my cup of tea, but when I smelt Alien, Pure Poison, and now this, Gabrielle, white floral notes climbed up to second spot. This isn't very offensive and I wear it in the daytime. Believe me, everyone in the office praises me. It is perfect for the office. One thing that I am concern about this fragrance is the fragility of the bottle. I own almost all Chanel offerrings and, unlike them, this is very thin! Nonetheless, this offering from Chanel is amazing. Your mom and I have the same love, Coco Chanel. Kisses to your mom! We smell alike! ^^,

My god, this IS a perfume for WOMEN. Gabrielle spelled with two LL and an E is a female name ONLY. It absolutely is meant for a classy lady. And I do not think it smells like any other fragrance. It has a distinctive and unusual smell. Mademoiselle Coco is much more generic than this one. I am really turn off with folks thinking that fragrance can ever be unisex. We are animals and still get attracted by a sexual smell which for heterosexual has to be the opposite smell. Perfume were meant to imitate and exaggerate or smooth that natural smell . It is a romantic or dramatic version of our natural musk. I would not be near any men who smelled like Gabrielle!!!

A lot of people forget fragrances smell different on each person. I’ve worn the fan-favourite Mademoiselle to little impact but I’ve received countless compliments with Gabrielle, which many people hate.

If you like gourmand scents, go to Angel and Angel Muse. However, if you prefer white floral scents, Mugler Alien would be perfect. It lasts eons of the eons!

Please, do a video on how to store fragrances so they last as long as possible. We all would appreciate it!

Idk. The Gabrielle is too light and doesn’t last. For the price, not worth it.

He said 2 hour projection not performance :P And 2-3 hour of projection is typically what you get from most. As for overall performance he said 6 hours :)
