They are all fabulous . I wore Chance eau de parfum for years then I got bored went to the pink one and even tried the green one( not really for me) but I still love the first one the best from the range . Tempted to try the one you mentioned with the rose note . Lovely video , very detailed . The bottle is one of my favorite ones out there .

Chanel Chance Green is my fave. It lasts long. I wear it to work and a respiratory therapist happen to cross path with me. She turned back and ask me what scent I was wearing and she complimented me for it. I do 1-2 at most 3 sprays after shower and it lasts long for me 🥰

Out of curiosity, how old are you? I ask because my sister recently told me she's never had her own perfume (only fragrance mists from Victoria's Secret) so I want to buy her a perfume. But because she's never had one, idk her taste or have anything to go off.

Chanel chance eau tendre edp and lanvin eclat de fleurs are quiet similar. But, only in the top notes. Tendre evolves into something musky clean and classy smell. The chanelesque and quality is evident at the drydown. Lanvin doesn’t mean inferior though because it is pretty and stays fresh the whole time. I recommend using tendre at nighttime.

I love the Chance line I own the edp and the eau tendre. I really want the green one for next summer not for our cold Canadian winters. It’s a summer perfume for sure.

Thanks for the review. I love Entendre & Eau Vive 🍊 beautiful blood orange. I own the Entendre body mist in the can.. very light, soft skin scent. They are over priced though. Vince Camuto “ Fiori” is a great dupe of zentendre & it’s lovely.& affordable. I even think Esu Frauche is lovely. I want to buy eau Vive. I have the Chanel Chance crayons which are a bit of fun. 🖍

I am 30, and I couldn't quite get used to #5, but adore madmlasel . As for the chances - my best friend's signiture is o vive, I first fell in love o fresh for the summer, but recently I am switching depending on mood, to o tendre❤

Getting a chuckle on the Channel #5 which has been my favorite for years - then a couple of years ago I found Gabrielle and am using that and getting compliments - I also(for winter ) like Boucheron - although not Channel I mention because I think it in the #5 category? Opinions??? By the way I am a senior, but dont want to smell like an “old lady”. Just ordered the Chance (pink) haven’t tried yet - interesting about smell lasting - and from an “old lady” I am much more careful about strong with all my meetings and groups, - it bothers many -

Dear Soki, well appreciated! The Chance line fragrances are true classics! Love them but they could be better in terms of lasting power. I think Eau Fraiche is my favourite but you are right, they are very expensive. I was lucky recently and got them at a good discount.

Nice description of each. How similar would you say Chance Eau Tendre and Zara Apple juice are? Are they dupes as claimed?

I have the eau fraiche, eau tendre edt, and the eau vive. I don't wear them that much anymore tho. Men compliment me most on the eau fraiche version. I find it a bit masculin fragrance myself. Love all your video's!

I so appreciate your reviews of the Chanel Chance flankers. I wear Chanel Coco Mademoiselle, but received a sample of Chance Eau Tendre about 7 months ago. Y'day, I had some Christmas gifts to return to Macy's; and afterwards, went to their perfume counter. I tried Chanel Allure eau de parfum, Chance eau Vive, and Chance eau Fraiche. Overall, I liked eau Fraiche so I bought it. . . I'm thinking about returning to Macy's and also purchasing Chance eau Tendre. It's a closer yet subdued resemblance to Coco Mademoiselle. 😊 Once again, appreciate your reviews. CELESTE, in the ATL 🌻

I bought eau tandre edt. I like it but doesn’t last unless you overspray. It becomes skin scent after a while that’s why I don’t smell on myself but I think others can but I haven’t got any complements on it yet.

A friend of mine wears Chance EDP, and when I admired it and complimented her, she gave me a sample. I tried it and liked it but felt like it was HER signature fragrance, so I couldn't wear it myself. She also gave me a sample of Eau Tendre EDP, saying she definitely did NOT like it. Turns out I like Eau Tendre EDP a lot. It has the original Chance DNA, but I think it's the rose addition that puts it over the top for me. I can't justify purchasing it (I've bought too many already, yikes!). Fortunately (for me), my friend's husband bought her Eau Tendre EDP by mistake, so fingers crossed, I might get it at a bargain! 🤗

My favourite is eau vive. it was love at the first sniff. while the opening smells fresh and bright, it's the dry down woody scent that I can not get over with. I live in an equator country but somehow the fragrance lasts more than 6 hours on my skin during the day. I love your reviews and I kinda surprised that not a lot of people talk about eau vive. to me, it's the best flanker out of all chance's line

I have 150ml eau vive. I like it but lady at plaza said that their least selling is eau vive And eau tandre is the best according to their customers. Tho all of my male friends said that they actually like eau fraiche the most so i ordered that one too

I must be the first person to dislike Chanel Chance Eau Tendre EDP since it smells dominantly of rose and I dislike rose scent. However, my best friend would love to have this one. It's just too expensive, even for her who has more fragrance budget than I do. I think it can be easily duped too, no offense to Chanel.

Soki, do you have any comments about Chance parfum, as opposed to the eau de parfum?

I never buy EDT but for the Chance range the EDT smells the same as the EDP so I get the EDT .. better value for your money .. love u Sooki

Eau tender edt is definitely different from the edp. The edt has such an aquatic notes in the middle, absolutely gorgeous 😍 but the base notes has some Amber which I didn't like. The edp doesn't have that aquatic vibe, it has rose which the edt doesn't. I've got the edp because it doesn't have that amber note... sadly its missing the aquatic notes but I love the rose.

They reformulated chance Bc the chance edp I was obsessed with in highscool had incredible lasting power. Like DAYS! I could smell it on a jacket I wore once several weeks before that’s how long it lasted. I can’t believe they have to top off at lunch now. It used to be worth the price because of the lasting power. What a shame

Mine wears off really quickly. I know you said your friends respray at lunch. How often would you recommend refreshing the pink version eau tendre scent WITHOUT overdoing it???

What do you do with all the perfume especially the fragrances you don’t like?

Weirdly, chance eau fraiche lasts 7+ hours on me ! My husband can smell me from across the room lol. It warms up on my skin. I use two sprays on each side of my neck, after applying lotion.

Any perfumes similar to aue Fraîche I love the scent but the lasting power and price isn’t the best ?

I have eau vive it one of my favorite. I love it. I also like eau fraîche, i believe i could buy it.

On me Coco Mademoiselle lasts all day but I don't understand the price also

Chance Eau Tendre parfum has become my signature: It's soft and unobtrusive enough to wear in the office, but it makes me feel special. The light top notes give way to a sensual heart and base, just beautiful and so feminine. Thank you for your informative, lovely reviews!

What's the fuss with Channel #5? I don't get it! It doesn't do me.

I received Chanel Chance Eau Tendre EDT as a gift and although it's pretty it's not something I would have chosen for myself, it's a bit bland but it is very beautiful. I have actually got many compliments while wearing it but it's just not *me* I will of course wear it and use it up anyway as it was a very generous gift from my kind friend and reminds me of him when I wear it.

I don't like the Chanel patchouli, it turns musty (I'm looking at you, original Chance and Mademoiselle), but I love Eau Tendre. Just wish it was a bit stronger and more long lasting, the EDP is not the same.

Good video. But actually Eau Vive is least popular. And that’s coming from the Chanel store associate. Eau Tendre and Eau Fraiche are the best sellers. Though, Eau Vive is my favorite

I am obsessed with Vive I just bought another 100ml and I have 50mls that is almost finished love it .

They are great perfumes and that classic that i can agree with wearing on my body, but I think its way to expensive for me now! I prefer to buy 3 perfumes of designer with the money i would pay for just one Chanel. And now we find at Zara the green apple perfume that smells like my favorite Chanel Eau tendre... So, its not worth that price!

I have several chanel perfumes and I have to reapply all of them. None are worth the kind of money they charge. I have a few celebrity scents that last longer. The only Chanel I would ever repurchase is Coco and Coco Mademoiselle

Yes, but I am pretty self conscious about perfume. In the office someone is always sniffling and I always worry that it could be me. I finally admitted that I like weaker fragrances for this reason.

I am about to buy my third bottle of eau tendre edt. It is clean, fresh, SOPHISTICATED, and the word you missed, “crisp.” Maybe crisp is part of clean, but this is what I don’t get with most other perfumes. The edp is not nearly as invigorating so I will not buy it, even for variety, I guess because I can’t spend this kind of $ just for variety. Second choice would be original Chance edp. I’ve had people corner me and stand by me and not leave when I wear it, I imagine because they love it. It’s awesome but a bit too sweet/thick/gooey for me. The edt is too harsh and acidic for me. The eau fraiche is my third choice. To me it smells like being at a spa. I can get that scent elsewhere for less $ but it is great. Eau vive is my fourth favorite. It is fun but not interesting or classy enough for me to spend that much $ but it is great. Re: blood orange. Maybe I just don’t like it, but I find it conflicts with the florals in the newest Miss Dior. If anyone wants to speak to compare Miss Dior with eau vive, esp re blood orange I would be interested to hear people’s thoughts on it. Grrreat review!!

The reason I am asking is because that miss Dior edt (discontinued ) was my favorite and people say it smells similar to vive so I wanna try Vive but also don’t wanna waste money because I can’t get samples and the big bottle is so expensive.

Is it only me that thinks the Chance Eau Tendre EDP flanker smells like the Lancome’s Miracle? Probably due to the rose note.. How’s your experience on the Eau Tendre EDT longevity and sillage? I personally didn’t like much the edp due to too much similarity of the edp with the Lancome Miracle?..

Soki, I know this is a year old but I'm hoping you can point us in the right direction. Which of these in the Chance line doesn't have the rose note to it and won't induce a headache yet still smells very feminine and sexy. We tried tendre by accident and ofcourse we both had headaches within minutes. Thank you for your reply.

I reallyyy want to like the Chanel perfumes, but the Chances are too citrusy, Mademadosille is way too strong, and No.5 and Noir are too mature. Gabrielle is the only one I like, but apparently, it doesn't last that long.

Chance edp is not that citricy. I found Chanel perfumes the one very strong and long lasting smells like very old and the one I like poor performance. I don’t think Chanel is a good perfume brand for women. Men ones are far better quality

No, they are completely different scents. The original is a more warm and rich fragrance and the Eau Tendré EDP is a fresh scent with a bit of rose.

I bought myself Chanel Gabrielle Essence & Chanel Chance EDP. I’m so excited. Am I naughty? 😆

@@SokiLondon I love Chanel Gabrielle Essence more than Chanel Chance EDP. The EDP has similar opening to Mademoiselle which I have that one too. The EDP doesn’t have a good longevity as the Gabrielle Essence. 😃

I would just like to point out that it's a French perfume so the pronunciation of "chance" should be the French pronunciation. To an English speaker it should sound a bit like you're saying "shons". In French, "chance" means "luck".
