never tried the edp but the edt is the most suffocating fragrance and smells bad. Expensive bottle of fragrance along with hair mist just setting there on my vanity.

Chanel Chance is a timeless classic. This scent used to be absolutely everywhere in the early 2000s, every businesswoman wore it. Either this or Coco Mademoiselle. I think it’s still beautiful. Eau Tendre is an interesting take on the original. I personally prefer it to the original. Lovely review and comparison.

I’ve only owned the EDT, it is my most complimented perfume in my collection!

I prefer the Edt over the Edp. It's just the most happy, pretty scent. Very classy and Chanel-like, always gets compliments with it. For years my daughter kept sneaking spraying my bottle, though I always could smell it on her! I later gave her my bottle with a bit still left in. Last year I bought her her own bottle for her matric farewell dance. She chose this out of all the fragrances out there 🌸🌸🌸

This is my favorite perfume. I wear it daily and it lasts longer on my skin. The parfum is a different concentration than the EDT. I love the fruity freshness of the EDT.

Thank you for doing this video side by side! 💓💓 I have the edp. I have only worn it a couple of times now that it’s getting warmer. It is a beautiful scent and lasts. I tried them both and loved them both☺️ I finally decided to purchase eau fraiche (green juice) it is so pretty especially the dry down. As you mentioned edt is light longevity wise. The eau fraiche only come in the edt. 💚

Great video! I just bought the edt and really like it. For fragrances that are more suitable for summer time, I don't mind re-spraying every few hours to feel refreshed. Although for the price, it is not ideal lol It's definitely a scent for younger crowds. Very sparkly, light, clean, fruity and fresh. Perfect for summer and warmer weather.

What a great comprehensive review, I don't have either, I think I would get the EDT 1st, can't wait! I love Chanel perfumes!

i loveeeee the edt version so much but they dont last so long on me but I love the lightness and freshness that comes from it! i’m definitely gonna save up to try their edp next timee thanks for the lovely content

I got Chance Eau Tendre as an anniversary gift. I spent a day wearing the EDP and a day wearing the EDT. I chose the EDT.

I bought the EDT in 150ml bottle and it was a best decision. It is also one of my best blind buys (insane, right?). Yes, the lasting power is terrible but the scent is good that maybe justifies the longevity. You can wear it anywhere and anytime at any age and will smell fresh, clean, beautiful and put together. To me this is the absolute no-brainer scent.

I would go with the EDT of eau tendre , But the EDP is very good I have both , I usually I initially use the EDP and top up with the EDT !!! Love the eau fraiche and the eau vive all beautiful fragrances xxxxx

Have a bottle of edt... already through half of it since March😬 Have samples of edp. I love them both but will always buy edt. If gifted edp - it wouldn't bother me one bit. I do mix Mon Guerlain Intense and Eau Tendre. It makes me sooo happy.

I am so glad I found this video! I almost took back my Parfum back because it didn't seem to last. I think I will just keep it if the EDT doesn't last.

Hy Ilithya, i own the EDP. But i also have Bouquet de Hongrie by BDK wich is very similar to the EDT. I like both and often layer this two together. The combo gives the EDP a more fresh-fruity touch, if i‘m in the mood for a lighter scent! Greetings from 🇨🇭

Based on your description I would keep the edt because I think for this kind of fragrance lighter is better. I feel like it would be fresher and that’s what I would want out of it. I don’t think I would reach for the edp.

Thanks a lot. My husband gave me one and when it ended I toss the bottle away and never noticed (nor knew) which version it was. But the metal cap I remembered! So I had the parfum version. I loved it! I've been Googling the whole night and now I know😂

I have the EDP, never tried the edt. I don’t love this perfume but I do like it sometimes. It’s a scent that is simple yet I can’t really figure it out lol.

Great video.I have only had edp.I don't wear it alot. Had and have many Chanels over the years.I may have had edt at some time. I use others more then edp. I think I just outgrew edp. So many Chanels now. Love you.

I only wear the EDP Chance Last all day no resprays,and compliments from everyone I pass by.I even spray a little in my hair.

Has anyone tried layering the two together?

I’ve always wondered the difference

Can someone explain to me why some Eau Tendre perfumes are orange color and not pink ?! I'm so confused

I couldn’t tell the difference until I purchased the EDP yesterday. I owned the EDT. The EDT doesn’t last long. The EDP is more floral, however, it really doesn’t bother me as much I actually like it a little better.

I’m shopping for my first perfume/Chanel right now and I was pondering this exact question! What perfect timing 😆 but yeah I’m torn too… I literally only get one hour out of the EDT, and the EDP isn’t much better, must be something with my skin that doesn’t hold perfume. But I much prefer the EDT smell, the delicate white florals are just lovely and fresh. The EDP to me smells really different to the EDT and the rose is sort of green but also sickly/soapy to me, weirdly warm where the EDT is cool and soft. I want the EDT but I’m concerned no one will even be able to smell it! It’s so hard to justify the price and it’s such a shame… thanks for the video!

I loved the sample but I already have a similar scent in my collection so I didn't buy the full bottle again.

I finally purchased the EDT. It’s more fresh and lasts longer on me than the EDP. If ever I’ll buy the EDP it’ll be the chanel chance. The EDT’s longevity on me is quite long 6-8 hours and on clothes, it last until the next day. One of my best buy fragrances.

Why is it do you think the EDT lasts longer than the EDP? It’s supposed to be the other way around.

I thought it only came in EDT I got a gift set with the refillable travel size with EDT today. EDP always last longer

I love the edt! It has been my signature scent for about 4 years now and I still absolutely love it. People always compliment it as well.

How is the longevity on you? I just purchased the EDP and it doesn’t last.

I used to wear Eau Tendre in my 20s, but i grew tired of it, i switch it out for Eau Vive which is a much more elevated, elegant, more mature scent. Its sooo beautiful but not as "young" as Eau Tendre

El EDP Es simplemente el mejor perfume primaveral que alguna vez le regale a mi esposa. La diferencia en tres ambos es que en la edp esa nota de iris aporta formalidad y la mismo tiempo convierte a la fragancia en una verdadera agua suave pero intensa de flores.

You are lucky. I can spray it several times on me and it doesn’t last.

Edp is soooo sharp. It bothers the nose.

Somethings not right with the notes on the EDT. 3 years ago tbe EDT only had 4 notes. Quince, grapefruit, hyacinth and musk.

Edp is better

I would give away the EDT. You have so many others that you love so why keep both. I have the EDT too and while it smells nice it’s too light for me and it just goes away so quickly.

I returned the Edt and purchased the Edp and me and my husband love it

150 dollar perfune for the gym no way for that I can use a bath and body works splash I will buy the est I had being seen that people pike that one better

Quince smells like apples.. it's very tough, raw.. must be cooked down to a jam...
