Hahaha awwww thank you so much babe!!! 🤭 omggg it definitely is SO ME!! Lucky it’s calfskin, if it was lamb I think they would’ve damaged the bag. As the chain was all tangled up with the flap. They don’t bother tucking the chain back 😑 I was thinking for sure there will be chain indents on the leather but thankfully she is ok 🥹🥹 phewww!! The concert was so epic!!! I havnt even shared the night view 🤩✨ with all the lights, it was sooo magical!! Thank you so much for watching babe!!

I am from Melbourne, Australia too. And I know Australian customs are very bad on opening the packaging. In the past, I bought Chanel from consignment in Dubai and UK (brand new). I always tell the consignment lady not to fuss too much about packaging the box. Just put all the ribbon Camellia inside the box. I said to the lady I bought from, Australian custom will open and destroy the ribbon and camellia if they are out their way to open the box. So far, so good, nothing damage. I sue Chanel Australia through VCAT tribunal in 2020. Chanel upper management came back to me and apologized to me and refunded my money. What I realised is LV and Hermes have guaranteed and also repair on their goods they sell. Chanel don't guarantee and don't repair their product. If u buy Chanel item. Is on your own. Unless u sue them for a refund. Suing them, take 2 years process. Since the drama I sold all my Chanel bags that bought since 2020. I only kept 2 Mini Rectangular in caviar leather I bought years ago. I am happy with 2 Chanel. Or else I too scare to wear them cause Chanel don't repair their bags if anything happen to them. I haven't stepped foot into Chanel Chadstone since I argue with the manager. I only buy Hermes and LV. LV is still my first love, and my SA always looks after me on repair items i brought in to LV. 😊

I’m pretty sure they do repair unless it’s cracked leather or something? But wow 2yrs.. such a long process!!! Amazing you did get your money back tho. LV was my first love too! I look forward to picking up a souvenir in Europe haha

@queenofdiamondsamy I wear my Chanel reissue under 5 times and the colour rub off. Yes, they repair stitching. That about it. But they don't spa the colour lost. Never said never on Chanel in the future. I only get black bags. If the colour rubs off, at least I can get it spa outside Chanel. I will absolutely avoid colour bags from Chanel. Enjoy your holiday in Europe. 🥰🫰❤️
