@@anthonypiccolo5158 Excellent recipe, but I used brut champagne and and thought the drink could really use a bit more sweetness. Next time I'll go with dry champagne. Or maybe even a little agave nectar or simple syrup would be good. Just personal preference.

What type of champagne are you using? Just a dry brut? Cava?

I’d use an extra dry if they’re not really drinkers, or brut if they like more dryness. I imagine Prosecco would be good in this too!
