About Dharmendra, yes he did wrong by marrying two wives and probably didn't had to face Panchayats or other legal consequences because of his expensive legal support and marraige registeration loop holes. Chamkila didn't took advantage of legal aid and choose to face panchayat and that was his choise. But this doesn't make the act of double marraige right. Both Dharmendra and Chamkila did wrong.
