Yes, at first it's surprising that a guy of high stature like Diljit who addresses Dilshad Akhtar and Veerender as 'ji' along with their names while referring to artists being killed in one of the podcasts, refers to Amar Singh Chamkila as just Chamkila as if he is some random ordinary artist. A. R. Rahman rightly referred to him in a respectful manner

@@vinaysurwade08 No I am sure Diljit is a huge admirer of Chamkila, the legendary singer. At times for great people there is no need to put 'ji' just the name is enough. Diljit is an artist a singer so is Chamkila and they belong to same State. Unlike Rehman. So makes sense Diljit addressing Chamkila without 'ji'.

I watched Chamkila on NETFLIX REALLY DILJIT ENTERED INTO THE CHARACTER OF AMAR SINGH CHAMKILLA

Being a Punjabi myself at times we realized how far we are from the Real Punjab. Keep song aside never heard about this supremely talented man called ⭐Chamkila .. Kudos to the team for giving due importance to the man who as Diljit said was a Genius & way ahead of many musicians.. Looking forward to seeing one Genius's life getting unfold by this Genius Team
