Aqui temos muito trabalho técnico para alcançar essa afinação e sonoridade cristalina das vozes, além é claro da qualidade vocal dos cantores! Destaque para esse baixo profundo.👏

I can hear Rimsky-Korsakov and Mussorgsky in this. Russian music is one of the treasures of humanity.

Is it just me, or are audio and video out of sync with each other?

The synchronicity is subjective; and the differences are one of the great impasses to global peace discourse, actually. It looks 'out of sync' because you're not used to the tempo on this order of timbre. The conducting and letters are more reflective of othodoxy, so there's a gravitas due to the somatics and pith of that, as well as an alacrity regarding the merit of the recital with supposition that varies from more liberal methodologies. It creates some wonderful sounds, but the pith tends to be heavier and swifter due to the orthodoxy timbre. It's not a necessary characteristic of the voice (they would say a truly free voice is always welcome anywhere, as long as it excels in the regards of the accord), but this firm directing and weighted sound is prevalent in the middling style of fine vocalese in such recitals.

The lip movements match the text, so no. Note that the cues from the conductor come before the entry of a voice. This is correct, since the singers need to see the signal for their entry (or for whatever else is signalled) before they have to do it.
