Very in depth and well explained...just wish the cameraman had kept up when it came to showing the pictures....I was on the edge of my seat as he was saying “and here in picture two”...and I couldn’t see it! So that was frustrating....but my goodness, if I were unfortunate enough to have any of those diseases I would be so grateful to have Dr Gupta looking after me...he knows his subject so well. The hours of study he must have put in over recent years. I was surprised (though shouldn’t be) to see my sleeping tablet “Zolpidem “ being used to treat some people with PSP. amazing how drugs are used.! Such a great presentation. My husband is in final stage of Parkinson's. 15 years since diagnosis. So much loss for him so much grieving for me. Many MS markers. Signed up for hospice last week. Praying for a quick a d merciful end. This is such a hellish disease.

Appreciate this coverage as it helps to understand what may be happening. I see the Neurologist next week….I have fallen several times, I have balance issues, the urinary and constipation issues as I am on Oxybutynin, and Miralax, I have had REM disorders, I do sleep with a C-Pap, I have terrible cramping in my left foot, my blood pressure is low when I stand up….I was exposed to insecticides while living in California and also ended up with Follicular Carcinoma and have been fighting this for eleven years and three different radiation treatments as it keeps coming back.

This has been very helpful in realizing that my friend is reaching the Late Stages of her MSA diagnosis. I hope to share this video with her family and friends so that they to may know what more to expect. Thank you Dr. Gupta.

This is the most helpful, informative, reassuring (if you will), inspiring discussion I have seen. I am going to send it to my husband's physicians who just toss him the title of Parkinson's Disease. I don't really blame them but How many times I have questioned things and floundered with, well this symptom applies, but that doesn't...well he has had these symptoms longer than the general life expectancies, etc, etc...so it can't be that; but each individual is exactly that, individual, and life is a process not an end result. Perhaps it is his unflappable zest for life that has helped him along for 17 years. Who can know? This video was so helpful and really added perspective.
