@@FrenchCountryLife I actually took screenshots of many of the scenes that took and I think I’m going to print them and frame them. They really are beautiful! For sure I’m going to use them on my goal board for pictures to look at each day for a future trip to France! I did go to France many years ago, but it was typical in and around Paris. I did the London Amsterdam Paris trip, which for me was great because it was fully guided our luggage and everything was taken care of. It was on trip with great people, but got to spend a lot of time on my cell, but it would be fun to come back and drive through the countryside and stay in some of the local areas! I think you should consider seeing if you could frame some of the screenshots and you might have a new career

Feel privileged that you share your creative, diverse life with so many of us. I am full of admiration for what you and Olav have and continue to accomplish.

I loved the community gathering event you shared and I'm so glad your family has been welcomed in Burgundy. The story of your sons transition from Netherlands to France was very interesting. I loved this video. Thanks for sharing so much Marloes. I find that I resonate with so much of your perspective and what you have to say about it. You are an example of how being true to your spirit and surrounding yourself with beauty, can be life enhancing and sustaining. Your boys are learning early that the rat race is a different world all together. They are blessed to have you and Olav walking with your lantern just a few steps ahead of them. Luis and I are back home now - x 3 days - reflecting on our wonderful stay with you. What we agreed is that 2 nights was not sufficient. Until we meet again.

Thank you for sharing these insights, I was and often am curious about how people get to where they are. I'm a bit addicted to remodel videos, especially in Europe and how so many people are uprooting from their home countries to somewhere different, because it's something I've been doing for most of my life, when often it seemed I was the only one around for 100s of kilometers doing these things and how the back home people always thought I was really bizarre... well now it seems there are a lot of us, with all the tribulations about languages, the bureaucracy and different rhythms and ways of doing things... there will never be any boredom or complacency when you jump into another culture! 😂 Btw I do love your style, very relaxed french country with light bright earthy tones so I hope you do find favor in your interior design expectations. Your style is for me, quite appropriate for a French country life... seems a perfect fit Marloes and it's so much fun watching the progression! 🙂
