To be very precise, indegenious are people who are native to the land prior to 1826, to answer questions more precisely bongs /chakma/ who came to Assam after 1971 are not indegenious but part of greater Assamese society.

Chakmas came in large numbers from Chittagong in Bangladesh after the construction of Kaptai Dam and resettled in AP inspite of opposition by the locals and now as always they will dump them into Assam though we never asked for it. This BJP rule will witness the highest influx in recent memory

Arunachal is protected by 6 th schedule / ILP . Assam has none . Hence , according to the politicians Assam s identity is lesser than an IPL certificate and hence can be used as safe residential ground for all benefitted by CAA.

Assam is not a dustbin.....

TTAADC in Tripura need ILP within TTAADC area. We have to start movement in Tripura.

Assam can accommodate theses tribes along with their land holdings in assam .Arunachal should not have problem because it’s a much bigger area than Assam

Mr.Kiren Rijiju don’t poke your nose in Assam.We will never accept anymore foreigners already we have accepted foreigners till 1971 instead of 1951 which every other Indian state follows.Our Assam is not a dustbin and we the indigenous people have not taken any contract to keep everyone in Assam .

Chakma hajong are constitutionally recognized Tribal / Scheduled Tribe of India - it is misleading figure about total population of chakma hajong. If chakma hajong people can be relocated in Assam- then why not in Arunachal pradesh who are already legally settled there before the birth of Arunachal pradesh under a definite plan of rehabilitation by the then union Government of India - CAA 2019 was inverted under 6B of citizenship Act 1955, whereas chakma hajong are citizen of India since immemorial time of Undivided India - and by virture of various judgements of High Court & Supreme Court under section 5 (1) (a) & section 3 (1) of citizenship axt 1955. No doubt Arunachal pradesh is 100 percent Tribal state but chakma hajong are also 100 percent tribal which is why these people were settlted by the then union Government of India. Furthermore, by branding chakma hajong as refugees /foreigner is completely unconstitutional and this kind of statement also attracts contempt of court. - no one is above the law of the land.
