Will it stay in place without broach or double knot?

Hi Gloria, it will definitely stay in place without the brooch. You could probably tie a single knot and have it hold. Just make sure to pull it tight. What event are you decorating for? I'd love to know.

I want to make the sashes for my son's wedding. How long and wide are the sashes

I'm throwing a 60 anniversary party for my parents this looks simply elegant My friend says every other chair I'm dying to know what's the proper way every chair or every other chair for just a family table and don't put anything on the other chairs they're all gonna be covered just wondering🤪

That is such a great question! I actually think it would be beautiful any of those ways. But if budget allows I would do all the chairs. If not, then I would consider doing every other chair or only the head table. Congratulations to your parents on their anniversary! They are so fortunate to have you throwing a party of them. Enjoy!
