I love the chiffon on the chairs! I want to do my 21st birthday dinner in two months and have started looking for decorations. I'd really like to make something like this (especially the fourth type) in burgundy and navy blue for about 14 people. However I live in the Netherlands. I am able to find regular chiffon fabric (not the curly sash unfortunately), do you think it's possible to make this myself? I'm wondering about the size of the fabric for one chair...
