Pivot shuttle Am Mt bike ride -the North face

Фильм және анимация

2 days prior we had run into a big rattlesnake and the night before Jake ran into a mama bear with cubs while trippin!
This ride was a lesson of what not to do. Too hot. day to pedal from strawberry to 8500' then not eat while heading into the hardest terrain, well mostly I was spooked due to the looming heat and insane egress/hike a bike out.
I wanted to hang with the better riders and check out the new area I had never ridden so that made for a long day. Next time plan is pedal from crabtree and take more food on a cooler day and exit via Cleos and over the pcp

Thanks I just wish I headed into it more fresh. We pedaled up in excessive heat. I was shaking headed thru the drops and chunk I was so dehydrated and depleted of energy

I was down to 25% by the end of 5k climbing and 30 mile ride, however that was due to needing to use turbo mode to get out of some super steep sections

You should lower your stem stack...probably why your having such a hard time. Has to be one of the highest stacks I've ever seen!

@@williamfried3107 probably just the angle of the camera on my chest should’ve been up a little more. I was running on about 30% energy from how far we had peddled up and it was a super hot day at a new trail and I was just super Steve about all the new terrain. I definitely was not the bikes fault but I will have a buddy look at my Stack
