I have to say Hart is an outstanding witness. Nothing gets to him and he makes sure that he gets his point across. I am so impressed with him.

Perhaps….. I just wish he would stop making comments like, ”this is how Lori manipulated Chad”. That was a point that Defense Attorney Prior kept trying to make…..how it’s ALL Lori and poor Chad just couldn’t help himself because he was so in love and “manipulated” by the she~devil named Lori! So, it’s like he’s confirming what Prior is trying to convince the jury into believing. 😤 Timestamp ( 43:28 )

@@Ms2unique4u True but I don’t think Chad will get a pass from the jury for killing two children and his wife just because he was manipulated. All in all I think his testimony was exceptional.

This must be so embarrassing for Chad to have his children in the courtroom hearing his nauseating love texts to Lori. And hearing what “torture” it was for Chad to have to spend time with them. 😢

They haven’t watched/heard trial.. John Prior told them that with their subpoenas they weren’t allowed to watch/listen. So all this time when they could have been hearing the truth as what their father did they didn’t learn.

I’m surprised Daybell doesn’t have more than one lawyer when he’s charged with 3 counts of 1st degree murder.

Yeah, it seems like a really dumb defense. Melanie Gibb would have no motive to kill Tammy Daybell or Lori’s children. And there’s no evidence at all linking her to the crimes.

I have to say the point, I’m not sure of his title, so I’ll just say Mr. Hart. Anyway, when he points out that Chad and Lori, in fact, are aware of not being able to see each other spiritually and can’t actually teleport back and forth when they want to be together because in the text Lori sends Chad, she says that she “wishes” they could be together, etc. and obviously, if they really believed in being able to teleport from place to place, why did she “wish” they could see each other, instead of just making it happen? Great point by Mr. Hart! We’ll see how Defense Attorney Prior handles that point scored by the Prosecution! 😏 Timestamp ( 44:50 )

Manipulating each other, sanely nuts. Sounds like Lesley Van Houton believing Charlie Manson about herself feeling her wings were budding out of her back. What more can be said about this manipulation and believing what is said.

His poor kids have to hear their dad did not want to be with his wife and children and choose lori over them do we know if he has grandkids?

I agree, almost everyone is saying they don't like him but I think he is a top notch lawyer and definitely a hard hitter!!!

They thought at first it was a heart attack but he was too badly decomposed to determine it. Once everything came out they wanted to investigate it further but I don't know if there were results.
