Margaux will always have a special place in my heart. In 1992 I was a 21 year old waiter who sold a bottle of ‘83 to a customer who shared a glass with me. ‘83 is not necessarily considered a great vintage, but that wine changed me. It was my first really special glass of wine and I will never forget it.
