陳皮紅豆沙

🟢材料:
紅豆 300 克
陳皮 1.5 克
冰糖片糖 各一半
水 1.5 公升
🟢步驟:
1️⃣ 陳皮浸軟去瓤備用。紅豆的處理方法有幾種,第一種是把它放冰格過夜,第二種是浸它一晚,第三種是最少浸它 2 小時。
2️⃣本片是第四種是完全沒有浸泡過的紅豆,鍋中放1.5 公升水,洗淨的紅豆和陳皮一起下鍋,水煮開 5 分鐘後關火,靜置 30 分鐘。
3️⃣ 靜置 30 分鐘後,可以選擇把水倒掉去除苦澀味,不倒掉也可以,再煮開後轉小火,煮 45 分鐘,用湯勺把部份紅豆搓爛。如果喜歡整顆紅豆就無須搓爛。
4️⃣ 加入一半的冰糖和片糖,不夠甜再加。
🟢Ingredients:
Red beans - 300g
Dried tangerine peel - 1.5g
Half of rock sugar and half of slab sugar - as needed
Water - 1.5 liters
🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Soak the dried tangerine peel until soft and remove the pith. There are several ways to prepare the red beans: the first is to soak them in ice water overnight, the second is to soak them for one night, and the third is to soak them for at least 2 hours.
2️⃣ This recipe uses red beans that have not been soaked at all. Add 1.5L of water, the cleaned red beans, and the tangerine peel to a pot. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it sit for 30 minutes.
3️⃣ After 30 minutes, you can choose to pour off the water to remove any bitterness. If you prefer, you can keep the water. Bring to a boil again and simmer on low heat for 45 minutes. Use a ladle to mash some of the red beans. If you like whole red beans, you don't need to mash them.
4️⃣ Add half of the rock sugar and slab sugar . If it's not sweet enough, add more sugar to taste.

    Thank you so much for the easy recipe. I've been trying to master cooking red bean soup and this recipe is the best one (praised and approved by husband, kids and inlaw). I like this method because it's easy and no need to soak or freeze the beans. Pls do more easy Chinese dessert recipes soon.
