Khane khajana, living food, food food e sab channels dubane ke baad e shef log aagaye KZread ke food section ko dubaneke liye . Bahut didi, bahen, dada hai bahut hi aachha dish banate hain. Bhai aap channels me hi rahiye to aachha hai. Kamse kam aap logon ka fusion se hum bach jayengey. Ek baar ruhu, hilsa, pomfret aur eel fishes se bahut hi famous ek shef ko ek dish TV pe banane dekha tha. Mera ek dost hai Unko basket me Jo Jo sabji hota tha woh usse ek dish me hi istemaal karta tha jaise green banana, potato, eggplant, pumpkin ka sabji bana ke utarne ka time ek aanda torke dete the. Ek baar main bola tha basket me ek chaalta ( elephant foot) hain use bhi daal do. Master shef 10 me se ek bhi aisa dish hona nehi chahiye wo fish fusion wala.

Such a large quantity of curry leaves and that also in potatoes!! Most mismatched!! And add to that water which washes away and dilutes the real flavours of all spices and ingredients..pity to see such a mediocre recipe coming from you..

Plus that amount of ground curry leaves will make the gravy bitter especially if watered down!!
