I have trouble with sleeves twisting, especially LONG sleeves. How do I prevent the twisting as I help her put on a top?

Is there a technique for protection of clothes from leaking as a person is transferring to the toilet? My mom wears adult diapers but lately she is leaking after we get her pants and undergarment down as she goes to sit on the potty. I've used a clean washcloth in the back which Handels most of it but recently she also leaked on the front too. Hopefully there is a practical strategy for this.

Hello maybe pull the brief down just below the buttocks but above the thighs. After she is seated you could lift her knees one at a time and scooch the brief down
