Yeah that part cracked me up, especial how out of place it looked in the Pixar-like animation style. If you look they also changed the name to WePhone and changed the logo to a Pear. It might be a NIckelodeon reference.

How is it that these guys come up with better movie ideas than pretty much all of Disney and Pixar.

That animation was BEAUTIFUL. The textures and shapes looked just right, and the detail was amazing, especially on the sky and grass. The storyline was great as well. No wonder this was award winning. :)

The film has a lot of artistic value. The fact that its a animated short film makes the film simple and better shows the point. The sound also adds to this. There is no talking or conversations through out but there is still dietetic sound of what is happening (like the crashing of the planes). Powerful scenes like where the girl fails to help the small pilot and not giving up, make the film very entertaining. This short film will never be outdated. It shows us that no matter the circumstance we should always do our best to help out someone if we can. This girl has no previous connection with the small pilot but does all she can to help her out. The girl not only helps the girl but overcomes her own conflicts of not being able to get her plane to properly fly. They story is well developed and overall a great film.

This is beautiful! Every aspect- beautiful story telling!

beautiful animation and a wonderful, warm-hearted story. and i must say, it is so great to see a girl designing and interested in aviation. and the little fairy, too :} 🧝🏻‍♀️🦸🏻‍♀️🛫🌷

The emotions of the characters were so clear!! No one particular language was required!!

The creator of this film, Alyce Tzue, has made a magical film with a great message...keep on trying/never give up! I am a school social worker who is teaching students k-6th grade about the growth mindset. This film is a perfect example of this positive mindset and team work. I love it, and so do my students!!!

Cannot say enough. Excellent in all areas story and animation.

I was crying by the end of this. The scoring was also incredible.

The visuals and the animation is amazing! The actual meaning behind this is great to! Be kind because it goes a long way!

this is the type of hard work and dedication that should receive youtube revenue. not some shitty react video doing it solely for views where they steal other peoples content or big corporations like watchmojo or vevo that had no integrity to begin with. Animation is truly an underappreciated art form.

I'm not saying it's not a good piece of animation art, it certainly is, and I agree with what you say about the reaction videos. But if this is supposed to be an educational short, because it is suspected to be, what is the message it intends to give? I do not get it.

Idea,choice of music,quality its just great. hats off for all the crew. Looking forward for more short films to come.

+W Hulse Because it explaines the situation and scale better. He is the size of a pencil. Using a white pencil, which isn´t comon, will confuse some people and won´t leave such a strong impression.

Ok sorry I forgot to mention that this animation was amazing and I loved every bit of it. It was one of the better ones shown in this channel and I could never do as good as they or he/she did. Now, with that said, it was a simple question about continuity. Now I understand thanks to the reply above me. Try to stay positive please.

Okay, just watched the credits... 😩 guess it IS a boy. How tragic. It would have been so much more powerful if they were both girls. Just that women never truly got the recognition they have deserved in aviation. Only Amelia Earhart is known and that is because no one has been able to figure out how or where she died (though it is believed she was eaten by giant crabs- very gross).
